I think I'm finally ready to put the effort into eating and lifting again. I made a big move over the last year, leaving my job delivering mail to pursue an apprenticeship as an electrician. My job is still physical but I have energy left at the end of most days and intend to harness it. I plan to lift weights, bike lots, and occasionally climb and do yoga. Eating big has usually been more of a problem for me than exercise so I'm going to have to focus energy there. My lifting has been so-so lately but I think I'll be back on track pretty quickly as it's always enjoyable. I've been biking to work so I'm getting at least 30 km a week, but I also bike to my girlfriends house at times so it's up to 100+ km some weeks, which maybe a bit much so not writing off driving yet. Haven't lifted in a while so I just did some dead lifts today
