Clem, you asked about shoulder mobility. Its ok now, not much different from what it used to be unfortunately. When tendon tears they have to cut the scar tissue out so in theory it is even shorter than before. However, it grew back on a touch higher than where it used to be in, so that should be good for the shoulder mobility

then tried to wrestle with the thick log which is 97.5kg empty, but am too weak for it at the moment to give it a good try.
