A 6'4 tall vegan struggling to jump onto a pissy 80cm high picnic table is far from awesome..

I really have to practice more its embarrassing...

When I can jump something that is atleast 1 metre high I will video it :)

18-4-12 (morning weighin - 107.9)

Bench - 10xbar, 8x50, 5x70, 100x5/5/5/5/5/5 (pb)
Squat - 10xbar, 5x50, 5x90, 5x110, 135x2/2/2/2/2/2

Yesterday i hit the db bench thinking it was deadlift/back today. so when i found it was bench today i was a little nervous but they all went up ok, the last rep on the last few sets was the hardest.

Bodyweight increase is surprising, yesterday from what I can remember I ate a few big plates of stirfried vegies with mock meat, had a few protein shakes, some dates, oranges and some carrot juice. might of left something out but certainly wasnt pushing myself to eat.

21-4-12

Deadlift - 5x60, 5x100, 5x145, 1x195, 5x145 - been almost 3 months since last d'lifted. Felt good, didn't go overboard. The 195 tore some skin off... had no chalk and me hands need to harden up, other than grip it wasnt that hard.
F/Squat - 10xbar, 5x60, 5x80, 5x95,c3x100, 1x113, 1x123 - couldn't wait to do fronts today, enjoying them. 123 felt really good. Cant go near failure because I have no where to drop it if need be. Reckon 130 is there,
Vertical Leg Press - 92kgx10, 101kgx10/10/10/10
Db Row - 80lbx10/10/10/10/10
Bentover Db Flys - 20lbs x 10/10/10/10/10
OHP - 55kgx8/7/6/6/5 (superset with) tyre flipsx3/3/3/3/5

Tyre flips were fun, it was sitting in a puddle of water so trick was to pickup from a dry bit of the tyre other wise hands kept slipping and have to rest on legs and regrip...

23-4-12
Squat - 10xbar, 6x50, 5x90, 5x112.3, 135x6/6/6/6/6/7
Bench - 8x50, 5x72.5, 100x2/2/2/2/2/2

Squats were ok to begin with, by the 3rd set I was tired, and they got very HARD towards the end...
Heres the last set >
