Saturday weigh in
- 95.5 kgs :shock:
Thats gettin a bit crazy considering I was 78kg at the start of this year!

24-10

Felt shithouse today and really struggled even with the lighter weights, I attribute this recent lethargy to long graveyard shifts this week at work that the body just aint use to doing.
It's funny how being up all night and sleep during the day just completely throws me out, it cant be good for ya.

Went and seen Joel at A1 on the weekend and got a couple of tubs of nitrofusion, tastes nice. They might be getting in the sunwarrior in a couple of weeks too so will have to give that one a try when it comes in.

Flat out at work lately with 13 long 12 hour shifts starting tomorrow with a mixture of nights to make me even happier.... so will do my best at getting some consistent workouts in!! :roll:

What NitroFusion flavours did you get? I went through a few of the original chocolate and tropical blends in the old red tubs, but I've gone onto the new chocolate in the white tub now.

You should come to World Vegan Day on sunday in Abbotsford if you're not doing anything.

I got the old vanilla and new vanilla.... probly the blandest flavours available compared to tropical and chocolate!! I dont mind the taste though
Sadly I cant make it to world vegan day, I have to work nightshift all weekend so will be sleeping during sunday...
