Yesterday was Max Cardio Conditioning and Cardio Abs. I plan to do the last and final Fit Test tonight after I finish up some necessary edits and writing. (whee author responsibilities!)

Yesterday: P90X Chest & Back, Insanity Cardio Abs

Today: Plyometric Cardio Circuit

It is amazing how much more energy I have when I exercise. I HATED taking that much time off. By the end, I was exhausted all the time and no amount of sleep would help.

Hi BR!

I haven't been here in ages but I've recently started P90X (today is Day 19) and it occurred to me to search here and your training log is inspiring! I love that you're now doing a combination of P90X and Insanity, there's definitely not enough cardio for me in P90X so I'm going to add some cardio.

Yay! That's more or less it; adding strength training while doing Insanity. I've got a nice hybrid program worked out and it's doing well so far. Only on day two so I guess time will tell!

I'm glad to be inspiring. It's the least I can do. ^_^

Monday: Chest and Back, Ab Ripper X
Tuesday: Pure Cardio

Tonight is Shoulders and Arms, and am doing the Cardio Abs along with Legs and Back on Fri.

I had to fight allergies from hell, so I switched around the Ab Ripper X with the Cardio Abs for this week in order to reduce the cardio until I could get some recovery and sleep in plus get allergy shots and Zycam.

I'M ALIVE! I had to double my dose of Zyrtec so I could continue the cardio given it's now intense allergy season on top of the cold, dry air (ugh!) but am now on week 3 of the program. I'm doing week 3 twice cause last week was insane. But I got to turn in two writing manuscripts, one of which had a deadline.

Sunday:
Yoga X
Monday:
Chest and Back, Ab Ripper X
Tuesday:
Pure Cardio

Tonight is Shoulders and Arms, and next week is recovery week. I originally had month 2 Insanity cardio but may switch out with month 1 depending on how I feel.

Still bringing it and digging deeper!

Restarting as of today, and revamped my diet past two weeks. I have a MUCH more active lifestyle which I owe to my new work commute plus all of the snow shoveling, so I say BRING IT!!

Today is Yoga X, just had my Vega whole meal optimizer and I'm ready to go!

As for the new work commute, I got laid off on 1/5, interview following day with kick ass company, final interview the day after with same kick ass company which they let me know they would hire me to KICK ASS, then I got the official job offer than evening. Fastest and best job search ever! Beer fridge, great location, awesome people to work with, fun project, and it's even a serious pay increase.

Only prob is new schedule, I tend to get back home late but come in a bit later, too. Commute is also chopped in half, takes me 30 min or 45 at most if I go with bus versus commuter rail. I've managed to get my body used to having an extra hour in the morning so will spend it exercising.

X Stretch, sounds like it'll be a breeze but wow, he works you. But I really needed that! Every muscle of my body is sore, I swear. Even my quads and that takes effort!
