Starting to get a bit grindy, but touching the bars so definitely deep enough. Elbows starting to drop, bit still strong. Deads nice and smooth, although I nearly passed out in the last set of presses!

Yet another cold. Suboptimal. Been partying too hard I think, hence missed workouts

Front Squat

up to 1 x 125kg PB!
f x 127.5kg Didn't even get out of the hole. Oh well.

Dumbell bench

2 x 7 x 40kg
1 x 6 x 40kg

Again! one last try next time then something different...

Superset with

One Arm Row

3 x 7 x 40kg

curls

Well done on the PB, where did you get pinned?
3x3 at 117.5kg is very impressive would have guessed you could get 130kg 1RM. Maybe just an off day?

Maybe. Got pinned after about and inch of upward motion, think I had too much hip-tucking-under going on. My tech ain't up to much, and I've still not got my head around grinding them out, tend to bail. 130kg is in there somewhere; maybe the next time I get it into my head to do a front-squat sequence.

Today

Front Squat

up to 3 x 5 x 95kg Deload. Smooth.

Deadlift

1 x 5 x 180kg backa bit twitchy after Wednesday, but no real trouble.

Press

3 x 5 x 60kg tried at 70kg. No joy, so deload.

Chins

3 x 5 x (BW+10kg)

Some curls. Looking pumped in tha bicepts...

1 x 5 x 182.5kg PB for 5

Press

3 x 5 x 62.5kg last set was strong

Chins

3 x 5 x (BW+10kg)

In other news, attempted to create a tasty treat by mixing a scoop of pea protein with an Alpro dark chocolate dessert.

Do not do this. Ever.

Back playing up a bit at the mo, since I started running on my lunch break again. Lots of foam rolling etc should sort it.

Monday

Front Squat

1 x 4 x 110kg nearly got 5, just talked myself out of it. Damn.
2 x 3 x 110kg

Deadlift

1 x 3 x 187.5kg

Press

2 x 5 x 67.5kg
1 x 4 x 67.5kg Nearly, got wobbly at the top of the forth rep, so 5 was looking rather unlikely.

Chins

3 x 5 x (BW+10kg)

Monday

Squat

3 x 5 x 140kg switched to back squat. Last set was a bit ugly, and the rests were large, but feels so much better than fronties...

Deadlift

1 x 1 x 190kg Not much left after the squats. Deload next time.

Press

3 x 5 x 60kg Tried at 70, but no joy. Too tired.

Chins

3 x 5 x (BW+10kg)
