Good luck for the comp! Sending strong vibes, get the opening lift in the bag and enjoy it.
Videos and pics of you in the singlet are required.

Oh, there will be pics! ;-)

Weighed in at 87.3kg this morning, should be a comfy weigh-in tomorrow.

Quick report then:

Weighed in at 86 point something kilos, so comfortably in class. The weigh-in was a bit of a shambles, half-hour wait so it ran over by about 40mins. The gym was pretty small, so the warm-up area was back to back, which was not fun when you were trying to squat...

But enough kvetching, the lifts were:

squat -

160kg
170kg
180kg

3 white lights for all, comfy. Pretty happy with that.

bench -

115kg
120kg
127.5kg - fail

didn't even shove it. Oh well

Deadlift -

200kg
210kg
212.5kg - fail

210 took about a month to go up, but I had to give 212.5 a go. got it about an inch off the ground and bailed, oh well.

finished by three, home for bottle of red and a roast. Nice.

Cheers all! Now feeling like I'm going to esplode. Need to recondition myself to big eats if this bulk is going to be a success...

Sweet lifting my man. You've made ridiculous progress since you've been on VF.
