2 x 5 x 146.25kg so I only put a 1.25kg plate on one side. What a doofus...
2 x 5 x 147.5kg

Barbell bench

3 x 5 x 102.5kg

Superset with

One Arm Row

3 x 5 x 45kg
Vincit omnia pertinax virtus

Squat

3 x 5 x 150kg Inflamed shoulders throughout. Form sub-standard, and depth questionable. Last set best of the lot.

Deadlift

1 x 5 x 162.5kg

Press

2 x 5 x 65kg
1 x 4 x 65kg Nah.

Pull-ups

3 x 5 x BW
Vincit omnia pertinax virtus

Squat

3 x 5 x 157.5kg Solidly in PB territory here, form not too bad. Felt like I was gunna die though!

Barbell bench

1 x 5 x 107.5kg
1 x 4 x 107.5kg wife came into the garage and started cheering me on about rep 2, lost concentration. Called it a day there.

Squat

1 x 5 x 160kg last one bit ropey, but PB for 5
2 x 3 x 160kg Last set was horrifying. Not enough rest between sets I reckon

Deadlift

1 x 5 x 167.5kg no worries

Press

3 x 5 x 57.5kg feels strong at the bottom, bit weaker at lockout. Might be a flexibility issue

Pull-ups

3 x 5 x BW

So annoying when these little things get in your way!

Still, everything looks like it's gotten not just heavier but easier and cleaner in a pretty short space of time, so the big picture's looking good!

Now just keep your deadlift there so I can catch up to you...

Yeah, we're there or there abouts. Quite a few bits coming up over the next month, but settles down after that, so carry on plodding for a bit and then really get a push on for the move to a 200kg squat 8)

Squat

1 x 1 x 150kg
1 x 1 x 160kg
1 x f x 170kg

Not massively impressive, but feeling a touch over trained, so we'll see what the next cycle brings

Barbell bench

3 x 5 x 100kg

Superset with

One Arm Row

1 x 5 x 45kg

Pretty tough. Next week off for Le Mans, then bits on; next major cycle starts early July.

How close was 170kg, 167.5kg in the bag?

Enjoy Le Mans, it is on my bucket list.

well I've done 180kg, just talked myself out of it today; controlled if wobbly on the way down, just no aggression out of the bottom so put it down.

And I will; my mates are veterans, so it'll interesting to se what they get me into...

Extended Russian Cycle again, for shits and giggles.

Bench

6x3x100kg

Box-Squat

6x2x127.5kg + chains

DB bench

2x10x30kg
1x5x30kg

Trisetted with some curls and hypers

Not benched in ages. Was embarrassing...

Squat

6x3 @ 142.5kg

Floor Press

3x2 @ 85kg + chains. Chains are 15kg each, and the prescribed weight is 100kg, so aiming for total weight at half-way point to be prescribed weight. Too grindy so change of plan

1 x 3 x 70kg + chains. Got carried away
2 x 2 x 70kg + chains. Better.

Some arms stuff for the pump.

Bench

5x4x100kg
1x3x100kg close thing, would have made it if my triceps weren't still fried from the assistance work on Friday

Box-Squat

6x2x112.5kg + chains

Better.

Dropping the assistance work from here on. I still hurt.
