[quote="JP"]ok have missed some logging here

will post highlights and then get back to loyal logging!

But who will take all the Berlin-Strength-visitor- group-pics, when you waste time logging?! ;)

Fun to see how much work youre in and still manage to lift so rough at all 8) ;) ....I guess its mostly pride, eh?!

well, as the saying goes, dont trust a skinny cook, so as a gym owner i should also represent :)

hope to see you visiting the place one day too!

Yesterday

squat repetition day

front squat
5x70
3x70
1x70
2x100
8x120

ok that was a bit too light, but i guess i didnt expect it to be :)

leg press
2 sets of 10

horizontal jumps on plyo boxes, competition with chris and it was very competitive :)

vertical jumps to plo boxes too

and two sets of 5 jumps + 5 pullups + 5 leg raises

couple sets of abs

thursday max overhead day... i dont feel ready for it but fuck it! 110 log has to fall, or i will cry myself to sleep...

Max overhead day

Warm up including box jumps

Log
5x50
3x50
2x80
1x100
1x110 - peanut
1x115 - decent!

happy with this because had a low self esteem about log and was just thinking of nailing 110 as my max at the moment.

narrow grip board bench
8x70
8x100
8x110

band tricep pushdowns with pause on top

dumbell raises

dammit, missed one session of logging, and one failed session :D

here we go

last friday

deadlift speed day
had a TV crew doing a piece about Berlin Strength and veganism and that messed the session a little bit, but anyway

speed deadlifts
5x70
5x70
1x70
1x120
1x140
then 8 sets of 1 rep with 140 with 20kg chains (though they only came off the ground partially, so the weight on top perhaps max 170)
1x190
1x230

Farmers walk
20m x 70
20m x 120

tyre flip few reps, for the camera ;)

two sets of glute ham raises

Sunday
the day after a big event at berlin strength with Graham Hicks and Michael Blumstein, i was fucking spent, no energy, so didnt lift hardly anything. Live to fight another day.

Tuesday

Max squat day

front squats
3x70
3x70
1x110
1x130
1x150
1x160

please with nailing 160 at this stage, though not too happy how hard it was :D

leg press
3x10

so this cube cycles maxes were:
deadlift 240
log 115
front squat 160

ill take it.

still speed overhead and rep deadlift days left, then a boring deload week, and back to it again.
