For the finns: its in Hamina, but on a friday because its the qualifiers. The finals are on the next day, saturday 1st of august. I wont have any chance on qualifying though i think, the level is high and this is my first entry to the nationals

Clem, you asked about shoulder mobility. Its ok now, not much different from what it used to be unfortunately. When tendon tears they have to cut the scar tissue out so in theory it is even shorter than before.

Didn't know that, though I should have guessed. In that case it's a result that the mobility isn't any worse, I suppose.

Looks like you're making a great recovery, good luck with the comp. Try not to tear anything, unless it's a copy of the Yellow Pages.

The sugden centre is university gym so i get a staff discount for my membership there, so thats cheap.

Olympic sports gym - The Best Gym Ever - is 3 pounds a go, and so is dungeon (which is just a guy with strongman equipment in his garage )

yeah they should be having worlds this year, dont think they held one last year though. It is still very disorganised - but all strongman is run as a business, not as a proper sport, so "worlds" is not really a proper world championship.

yeah a few times mark is a great host, really drives you, and makes us do really evil medleys to finish
