Solo session at XXXL Die Schmiede

Not a gym for me. Power house is better.

Squat
5x70
5x70
3x120
1x170
1x200
1x220
1x220
5x190

Weights ok, but solo training and shit track and bar didn't motivate.

Stiff legs, doh
10x100
10x120
10x130

Weird hammer strength pull down machine
5 sets
and a crazy drop down

6 light sets of curls

Bodyweight 105.6

Will only get one more session in this week, need to find more time next week.

Powerhouse

The plan was to do some pressing, first time with a barbell since january I think. Wrist has been better lately but unfortunately it was still bothering and left me feeling weak.

Shit push press
5x50
5x50
5x50
3x70
1x90
1x100
1x110
1x110
1x110
1x110
1x110
1x110
1x110
1x110
got better in the end but lowering was painful and the start position.

dumbbell overhead
singles with 35 40 45 and 50
was quite shit

press
3x50
3x70
3x80
3x80
3x80
3x80
3x80

Narrow stance squats
doubles to 150

Shoulder press machine, parallel grip
6 sets, now this felt good

One high trip set of lat raises and tri push downs

Feel like a fucking bodybuilder now...

Tricep and shoulder day? You should have nailed some dips, it isn't that disco if you get more than bodyweight overhead.

Last saturdays comp report in the power and strength section.

Monday moved to a new flat on 4th floor without a lift, murder.

Yesterday was spent in the may day marches, these fuckers cover a lot of ground in their marches, legs were toasted afterwards.

My poor legs.

Have you considered stop squatting? I think your curls and triceps pulls would benefit a lot if you focused more on them.
