Damn hurry again. Midsummer day and May Day are only once in a year, but Christmas comes every year.

Super fast training:
Bench press:
10 @ 20 kg
5 @ 40 kg
1 @ 90 kg
5+5 @ 70 kg
7+10 @ 60 kg

90 kg was new PB attempt, I managed to press it up somehow, but my fat ass raised from bench, so I don't consider this as a new PB. Maybe on next week.

Pull-ups (underhand grip):
6x6 @ bw

Dumbbell bent-over row:
6 @ 35 kg
6 @ 40 kg
About 1 h break at this point, called to work, luckily it was easy and fast "gig", back to gym:
3x6 @ 45 kg

DB hammer curl:
10 @ 12 kg
3x6 @ 14 kg

DB row went surprising well. Could try also weighted pull-ups, 6x6 on bw didn't feel so hard, quite pleased for that considering my Christmas-swollen outfit.

DL:
10 @ 65 kg
6 @ 95 kg
5 @ 115 kg
1 @ 130 kg
1 @ 145 kg (PB)
1@ 150 kg (PB) 8)
5 @ 115 kg

Squat:
5 @ 75 kg
4x5 @ 100 kg
10 @ 80 kg

Bench press:
20 @ 20 kg
10 @ 40 kg
1 @ 90 kg (PB)
3 @ 80 kg
3x5 @ 70 kg
2x10 @ 60 kg

Now the form was more acceptable when pressing 90kg (ass didn't raise to the sky) so I consider this new PB :P

Military press:
4x4 @ 40 kg
1+2 @ 45 kg

Weighted incline sit-up:
20 @ 10 kg

Rotation incline sit-up:
20 @ bw

I looked my results and now I guess I know one more reason why December was good and some other months weren't. It's mediction.

I asked doc for stronger concentration of medicine becouse I had to eat those quite much to get arrhytmias decrease even a bit. She said no, becouse of possible side-effects. I said that maybe this medicine isn't the right one, I've read that it isn't foremost for WPW (I read this from Finnish Cardiac Society's lecture material - society of cardiologic doctors). My doc didn't like my advice. So I decided to stop eating those medicines in December and nothing bad happened. Sometimes I have more arrhytmias, sometimes less, but seems that the medicine didn't affect much, becouse there isn't at least much more symptoms than before. I read also that propranol will cause myasthenia (muscular weakness) and can cause problems with blood glucose balance. Good reasons for not using that. And also ethical problems of producing medicines.

Some day, if I get feeling that I need medication (or other cure), I'll try to find another doc or something. Our works health care place is also changing, so I could test those with my health problems if needed.

Thank's!
Here's some more:

Pull-ups (underhand grip):
6 @ bw
6 @ 5 kg
3x4 @ 12 kg
6 @ bw
I put dumbbells between belt and my belly. I think that I looked very smart wearing that dumbbell suit.

Dumbbell bent-over row:
4x6 @ 40 kg

Squat:
5 @ 70 kg
1 @ 110 kg
1 @ 125 kg (PB)
1 @ 130 kg (PB) 8)

I almost fell with that 130 kg when I walked backwards to put it back to hooks after squatting that. Hopefully there was a squat cage, so probably nothing bad wouldn't happened if I had fall down. Scared a little bit. But yeah, it was worth of PB anyway! I have worried about my knees and that's why I haven't had courage to try PB's before.

1 @ 140 kg
4 @ 130 kg
5 @ 120 kg

Front squat:

5 @ 60 kg (bodybuilding style, suffocation)
Still not very familiar with front squats. Well, maybe in a long run I'll manage to do also these. :P

Clean:
My workmate gave me private education. It was great, I did technic training with 20-50 kg. Now I have at least clue how to do it right.

Calf raises, calf jumps, squat jumps.

Now, couple of hours after train my left side of pelvis (or hip?) is little bit sore and flushing (feeling "hot")...

Now I finally did that cardio training like I have promised to myself several times:
10 min row machine
10 min x-trainer
15 min treadmill
15 min exercise bike
10 min sandbag & speed bag(?)

I didn't have any extra brakes between exercises, just moved directly to next equipment.

Heart rate monitor showed: Exercise time 01:00:23, Average HR 159

Treadmill run was heavy, I choose rolling hills -program where are also high elevations & speed, HR was sometimes over 190 Bpm.
