5 June:
Soccer game,1-1. I had two opportunities (not very good ones), but couldn't do any goal. Still happy with running speed.

Today:
Bench press:
20 @ 20 kg
15 @ 60 kg
12 @ 80 kg
7 @ 90 kg
4 @ 100 kg
1 @ 110 kg
15 @ 60 kg
Yeah, happy with that 110 kg after 4 reps with 100 kg. Getting closer to pb...

Push press:
8 @ 50 kg
3 @ 60 kg
1 @ 70 kg
Felt amazingly easy. Didn't have nerves to try more because of back. Must have slow progress with weight...

16 underhand chin up @ bw

Row (with chest support pad):
15 @ 70 kg
5 @ 130 kg
15 @ 90 kg
Running out of power

Maybe it's better to not train as often as before baby's birth. Feels that I need more time to recover, probably because of lack of sleep.

Shitty cycling: 19.7km, 45min, avg HR 157 bpm. Quite windy, legs were the first part that gave up.

Today:
Backyard session with 12 kg KB, everything separately for both sides/hands but fronthold & crunches:
3x25 one hand swing
3x25 one hand shoulder press
fronthold 50 sec
2 sets twisting crunches with KB
2x15 curl
25 C&P

Lower back has been achy since yesterday morning. I thought I slept in weird position or something, but don't know... Hoping it's just some muscle thing. I took some relaxants yesterday evening and maybe those helped a bit. Must avoid exercises that makes pressure to lower back for a while and see how it's going. Fuck that.

Today:
Row (with chest support pad):
20 @ 80 kg
8 @ 120 kg
2 @ 160 kg (last was bit incomplete)
1 @ 180 kg (quite much incomplete)
2x10 @ 120 kg

10 bw chin up

Cable pulldown:
8 @ 70 kg (rear)
6 @ 80 kg (rear)
6 @ 90 kg (underhand)
3 @ 100 kg (underhand)
Weak today...

Preacher cable curl:
2x12 @ 40(?)

Couple of min. punching sandbag.
Stretching back in apparatus.

I was hoping that these kind of "stretching" exercises like pull down would help, but not really. Last stretches made back even worse. More tetrazepams and see what happens. Sleeping at least.

Bench press:
20 @ 20 kg
15 @ 60 kg
12 @ 80 kg
5 @ 100 kg :P (not sure if this new PB, have to check)
1 (F on 2nd) @ 110 kg
10+9 @ 80 kg
18 @ 60 kg
Nice. I like that I was able to make almost 2 reps with 110 kg after tough 5 with 100 kg. For a long time bench pressing feels quite promising.

Hip belt bar squat:
20 @ 60 kg
20 @ 80 kg
Not very low ones, but still felt fine.

Cable pushdown (machine shows too much weight):
2x15 @ 65 kg

Some abs and supermans.

Back feels still bit weird, no soccer / overhead pressing etc for a while...

Row (with chest support pad):
15 @ 80 kg
3x8 @ 120 kg

10 bw chin up

Cable pulldown:
10 @ 70 kg (rear)
8 @ 90 kg (underhand)
3x5 @ 100 kg (underhand)

Preacher cable curl:
2x15 @ 40(?)

Some supermans and abs crunches.
Stretching back in apparatus.

Lower back is (still) bit sore and feels tired.

Bench press:
20 @ 20 kg
15 @ 60 kg
12 @ 80 kg
8 @ 90 kg
5 @ 100 kg
10 @ 60 kg (legs up)
Because of back problems I tried to keep the back quite straight.

Seated triceps press (machine):
12 @ 80 kg
8 @ 90 kg
10 @ 85 kg

Pectoral machine:
15 @ 35(?)
Not suitable for me (couldn't found good setting), left shoulder hurt bit.

Stretching in "upside down" chair + some other back stretches.

Went to doc on Tuesday, probably disc problem again (or still)... Fuck that. So might be that it didn't stand those "big" (read=pathetic) weights on pressing and squatting even after 2.5 years of recovery since previous injury. Or soccer. Hopefully it's just something minor now, but don't know. Not happy with this.

Today

Training with back support corset and belt. (looks great to do curls with belt)

Row (with chest support pad):
15 @ 80 kg
3x8 @ 120 kg
3 @ 150 kg

Cable pulldown:
13 @ 70 kg (rear)
6 @ 80 kg (rear)
8 @ 90 kg (underhand)
4 @ 100 kg (underhand)

Preacher cable curl:
3x10 @ 40(?)

Leg extension:
10 @ 10(?)
10 @ 11(?)
10 @ 12(?)
10 @ 13(?)

Seated leg curl:
20 @ 32(?)
Lower back didn't like this.

Lying leg curl:
15 @ 3(?)
10 @ 5(?)

Seated calf machine:
10 @ 40 kg
10+12 @ 50 kg

Some easy supermans and abs.
Stretching back in apparatus etc.

So this kind of a shit today. Maybe better than nothing.

Back has been much better. Visited twice physiotherapist on this week. Looks like there isn't any nerve irritation, which is good sign.

Bench press:
20 @ 20 kg
15 @ 60 kg
10 @ 80 kg
6 @ 100 kg :P (New PB I think)
1 @ 110 kg
2x10 @ 80 kg
10 @ 60 kg (legs up, barely, totally finished)

Row (with chest support pad):
15 @ 80 kg
2x8 @ 120 kg
4 @ 140 kg
8 @ 120 kg

Strict press:
3x10 @ 40 kg

Preacher cable curl:
15+13+8 @ 40(?) (total end of strength, heh)

Monday -->
Unicycle training :P I borrowed one from neighbor. 1/2 h sessions on Monday and Tuesday, some few minutes session on Wed and today during workday. It's hard, my record is now about 2.5-3.0 meters without assist. I have to give cycle back on this week, so apparently not gonna learn it before that. But there's progression. Could be that I buy one. Main motivation for this is to train middle body small muscles and balance (back issue).

Today's fucking tired session
Bench press:
20 @ 20 kg
15 @ 60 kg
10 @ 80 kg
4 or 5 @ 100 kg (whatever)
10 @ 80 kg
10 @ 60 kg

Row (with chest support pad):
15 @ 80 kg
3x8 @ 120 kg

Triceps press (machine):
2x15 @ 80 kg

Preacher cable curl:
2x15 @ 40 kg

On a holiday, not much training. Some KB-training on a camping area (I took KB's with me). Now we're at cottage, went to nearby city's gym on Monday:

Bench press:
20 @ 20 kg
15 @ 60 kg
10 @ 80 kg
5 @ 100 kg
1 @ 110 kg (struggle)
12+9 @ 80 kg
12 @ 60 kg

Row (with chest support pad):
15 @ 80 kg
3x8 @ 120 kg

DB curl:
15 @ 12 kg (fast pump)

BB curl:
2x8 @ 35? kg (not sure about barbell weight)

Circuit with 55 kg barbell:
8 push press
10 front squat
20 back squat

Ahhahaa! What a discotraining session (now I know what that word means)! :P

Cottage training:

Yesterday:
Short KB session
Boat rowing at sea ~3.5 km. (Didn't measure)

Today:
Boat rowing at sea, "wrong way" (chest forward) :P , 1.48 km, 19 min 20 sec, avg speed 4.6 km/h
- quite heavy train for shoulders & triceps

Boat rowing at sea, normal style (back forward) , 3.67 km, 33 min 41 sec, avg speed 6.5 km/h

Short KB session

Row boat was equipped with small keel so it was quite stable but also bit heavier than regular one.
