3+3 @ 120 kg (left knee hurted little bit, grip problems)
8+8 @ 100 kg
Squat:
5 @ 85 kg (left knee hurted little bit more)
Cable rear pulldown:
8 @ 60 kg
7 @ 65 kg
6 @ 70 kg
4 @ 75 kg
Cable seated row:
3 x 8 @ 75 kg
Swimming with family, tried hydro running, felt umm.. exotic?
