15+12 @ bw

Cable rear pulldown:
4x6 @ 60 kg

Dumbbell bent-over row:
3x10 @ 30 kg

Dumbbell preacher curl:
8 @ 10 kg
3x6 @ 12 kg

I don't know was it becouse of heat but on last week I felt myself even more lazy than normal and I had some migraine too on one day.

I'm on holiday now and I think my prime aim for next couple of weeks is building up a proper power belly. Package full of protein bars etc. just came (thank's JP) so I have good chance to reach it. :lol:

Today I felt like I should do something, so I did some kind of a home muscular strenght-endurance exercise :lol: :

Pushups:
30 regular
20 knuckle
30 wide
25 incline (feet on sofa)
15 daughter sitting on my back :lol:
10 daughter sitting on my back
30 regular
20 knuckle
25 wide
20 incline (feet on sofa)
20 regular
10 knuckle
total 255

Abs:
30 crunch (feet under sofa)
20 jack knife sit-ups
20 crunch (feet on sofa)
20 crunch (feet under sofa)
20 jack knife sit-ups
total 110

Low back:
100 superman (funny English name for this exercise)
100 contralateral superman
total 200

For a long time connected to internet.

I have done some more push ups, pull ups, (deep) squats (with wife on my shoulders) on holidays, but still less exercise than usual compensated with more of food..

Hopefully, it's only a month :? (Power)belly is bigger than ever!

Fi(wo)rst work day after 4-week holiday... :? Still waiting for winning lottery draw. Meanwhile... work, work, work... Good thing is that there's a suitable gym at our work place:


Bench press:
15 @ 40 kg
12 @ 60 kg
6 @ 70 kg
2 @ 80 kg
6 @ 70 kg
10+8 @ 60 kg

abs

I was in a hurry (like usually) to pick up daughter from kindergarten, so it was short training session, but that's maybe good after month brake.

Wednesday: Soccer game, nice one

I planned to train on Friday, but I had migraine, so I didn't.

Saturday:
After repairing my parents in law's car all day in hot carage I felt quite tired. And wasn't just feeling:

Pull ups:
3 x 10 @ bw

DL:
10 @ 85 kg
3+3 @ 120 kg (left knee hurted little bit, grip problems)
8+8 @ 100 kg

Squat:
5 @ 85 kg (left knee hurted little bit more)

Cable rear pulldown:
8 @ 60 kg
7 @ 65 kg
6 @ 70 kg
4 @ 75 kg

Cable seated row:
3 x 8 @ 75 kg

Swimming with family, tried hydro running, felt umm.. exotic?



Today:
Swimming with family and some hydro running, it looks quite stupid but it works :lol:

4 @ 40 kg (last was more like push press)
7+8+7 @ 35 kg (lasts were more like push press)

Cable pushdown (machine shows too much weight):
7 @ 50 kg
8 @ 55 kg
6 @ 60 kg

Not so good week from the point of view of training.. Much overtime at work, getting quite tired.

Wednesday: soccer game (won)

Today (Saturday):
Exercise bike, row machine

DL:
5 @ 80 kg (no pain)
5 @ 120 kg (no pain)
5 @ 110 kg (knee hurts)

Squat:
3 @ 80 kg (knee hurts more, I decided to not continue doing legs)

Cable front underhand pulldown:
10 @ 80 kg
3 @ 100 kg
2x5 @ 90 kg


Knee pain appears mostly in back of the knee just when raising from down-position. Just after train it felt also little bit loose when walking. Now couple of hours later it's feeling quite normal. I think I skip DL and squats for a while and just try to do e.g leg press with knee strapping.

Back here.. I was sick almost for a month.. Fuck that, but finally now feeling health again.

Careful start of training:

Bench press:
20 @ 20 kg
10 @ 40 kg
5 @ 70 kg
10 @ 60 kg

3x7 @ 30 kg

Dips:
5+7 @ bw

I tried still to be quite careful and not to do too hard session.

After this I felt quite tired compared to this short exercise. Surprise, surprise: little bit fever.

Looks like there have been 3 weeks brake during flu. Today I had enough courage to try training again hoping that I'm finally again enough health for that..

X-trainer and sand-bag

Bench press:
10 @ 40 kg
4 @ 70 kg
2x10 @ 60 kg
15 @ 40 kg

Military press:
6+6+10 @ 30 kg

Chest dip:
5+5+6 @ bw


Cable pushdown (machine shows too much weight):
5 @ 50 kg
2x10 @ 45 kg


Felt heavy, but at least I'm still feeling quite healthy after train.. There's only one way to go: up! :twisted:
