Hip belt squat:

Set of abs crunches & supermans (or should I say supermen, which one is correct expression for plural in this case :P )

Hurry session with short brakes between sets.

Bodyweight (82 kg) pull / chin up:
17 underhand
10 (F on 11th) hammer
6 (barely) overhand

DB bent over row:
4x6 @ 50 kg
Problems with left hand grip like usual.

1.5 hour futsal-training.

Last time for this season. Hard, we had only 5 players, so we played short games 2 vs 3 without goalie. :twisted:

I got some kind of a stomach bug today. Tummy cramps occasionally and diarrhea occurs also. Otherwise felt quite good so tried to do short work-out:

Bench press:
20 @ 20 kg
15 @ 60 kg
3x7 @ 90 kg

Cable pushdown (machine shows too much weight):
2x15 @ 60 kg

Daughter has born 6 days ago ;) With this amount of sleep/rest/eat I'm happy with this training session also!

I escorted older daughter for a dance lesson and cycled ~11 km during the lesson. First time with my retro racer in this year, felt like summer :wink: Lock shoes are quite shitty, have to look for new ones.

7.5 km, 1 h 32 min hiking mostly in forest/swamp with dog

Today's hurry session

Bench press:
20 @ 20 kg
12+12+13 @ 80 kg :D

Row (with chest support pad):
15 @ 80 kg
3x8 @ 120 kg

Triceps press (machine):
20 @ 50 kg
10 @ 80 kg
8 @ 90 kg

Preacher cable curl:
15 @ 40 kg

8 chin up @ bw

Also some short cycling-sessions in last couple of days. I bought new lock shoes, some testing and adjusting, not time for more. Baby takes her time :wink: Looks like working isn't good for my fit. Now it's my 2/3 week of my father leave with irregular/insufficient training, sleeping and eating. Still feels that iron and cycle moves better than when working. If I won in lottery I quit my fucking job, heh :lol:

My second soccer game on this season, we won 3-0. Got tired quite quickly. It was still nice to play.

Today:
First work day after paternity leave. Ate only two small pieces of French bread with nothing on it for a lunch. With hell of tiredness short session after work:

Bench press:
20 @ 20 kg
20 @ 60 kg
11 @ 80 kg
15 @ 60 kg

Push press:
20 @ 20 kg
8+8+10 @ 50 kg

Calf raise:
30 @ 20 kg (barbell)

Sat. May 25:
54 km cycling, 2 hour soccer training.
Cycling sucked, I fell once, got lost few times, took 2h24min... Soccer was fine.

Today:
Bench press:
20 @ 20 kg
15 @ 60 kg
7+7+6 @ 90 kg

I was alone and didn't want to try max reps. Anyway, felt heavy and couldn't do much more. Fuck that. :evil:

Strict press:
10+10+10 @ 40 kg

Chin up (bw):
15 underhand
10 hammer

Overall tired session with hurry. Working and having small baby is quite heavy combination with lack of sleep. Fuck the job!

2 sets twisting crunches
3x15 curl
