20 @ 20 kg
10 @ 60 kg
5+5+6 @ 90 kg

DB bent over row:
10 @ 45 kg
5 @ 50 kg
3 @ 55 kg

One of these "better than nothing" -training. No spotter for a bench, headache and hurry.

Pull up:
18 underhand @ bw :P
8 hammer @ bw
7 overhand @ bw

Cable curl (machine shows too much weight):
3x10 @ 40 kg

Hip belt barbell squat:
50 @ 50 kg :shock:
Belt slide bit during this so especially last tens we're not deep, not even legs parallel to floor. Anyway, felt fucking hard and I'm happy with this.

Calf raise:
30 @ bw

Weird. I had fucking migraine and I took migraine medicine (sumatriptan) couple hours before training which helped fine as usually. I thought that training would heavily suck because of drug and post-migraine things. Sumatriptan usually causes tiredness, weakness, fatigue etc. And what happened, it was a pity that I didn't have more time to train!

It's been heavy and stressful week. Too much work, studying, not enough sleep, rest and food. Now it starts to show. Fortunately one week holiday will start now! :wink:

~1.5 h futsal training. I tried supporting belt (corset type) for back, it was ok.

First 12 kg KB:
20 one hand clean&press
20 one hand strict press
40 abs twist
20+20 swing
Then:
30 abs twist crunch
20 push up
30 superman

1/F @ 110 kg (Spotter reacted too fast, but he said that he just touched the bar before I lifted it up, so at least good try after previous heavy set)


Barbell shoulder press:
10 @ 40 kg
Neck popped during this so I let it be.

Sand bag for some minutes.

Fuck the neck. :evil: Now it's stiff and bit achy, let see what happens... I think (hope) it's just some muscle thing and will recover in few days.

DB bent over row:
10 @ 45 kg
3x6 @ 50 kg (grip problems with lasts)

Cable pulldown:
10 @ 60 kg (rear)
8 @ 80 kg (underhand)
2 @ 100 kg (close hammer grip)

Neck is bit better.

Swimming hall's upper floor (worse) gym:

Bench press:
15 @ 50 kg
10 @ 80 kg
5 @ 90 kg
3x2 @ 100 kg
Trained with worst bench for a long time. Pad was too short even for me, height adjust was too coarse. Shitty in all ways :twisted: Considering that I'm happy with numbers. :wink:

Cable pushdown:
2x15 @ something

Barbell shoulder press:
15 @ 30 kg
10 @ 40 kg

F underhand +35 kg (closer than last time, stopped on the level of lips)
2 underhand +25 kg

Cable curl:
2x15 @ 40 kg (I think weight it's lighter than it shows)

I have had fucking hard flu, fever lasted over week. First just common cold I guess, but after couple of better days went worse and I finally went to see doctor on this weeks Tuesday. There was some kind of bacterial infection in throat and bronchitis/ something in lungs, had to start antibiotics. I wouldn't wan't to, it's been about 10 years since last antibiotics, but doc said that now I really should. He was right, it helped fast.

Today futsal game. Maybe my worst game. We lost 0-13 :P Opposite was good, no doubt about it, but we reached the bottom. We didn't have enough players and those we had were more or less wounded, hangover, or semifit like me.

Firsts sets felt fine and strong, seconds were pain and thirds flop. Still semifit, strength endurance is poor.

6+6+shit @ 50 kg
Last set was shitty with both hands, 2-3 decent reps/hand, grip failed.

Cable curl:
12+15 @ 40 kg (Weight was probably lighter than apparatus shows)

Hip belt squat:
25+30 @ 50 kg knees were hurting a bit for almost every reps :roll:

Today felt better than on Tuesday, just wondering what happened to my knees during flu.

15 @ 60 kg (close grip)

Strict press:
2x10 @ 40 kg

Row (apparatus with chest support pad):
12 @ 80 kg
10 @ 100 kg
6 @ 120 kg
4 @ 130 kg
2 @ 140 kg
Nice apparatus, handle suits fine, no grip problems.

DB bent over row:
10 @ 40 kg
Just wanted to compare with apparatus.

Cable pulldown:
10 @ 70 kg (rear)
6 @ 90 kg (underhand)
3 @ 90 kg (v-bar)


Training starts to feel like it should, first time after flu.
