Yesterday:
Bench press
20 @ 20 kg
10 @ 60 kg
3x10 @ 80 kg
20 @ 60 kg

Chest dip:
7 @ bw, shoulder started to hurt, apparatus is shaky, I think I'm not gonna do this for a while

Today:
Ring pull ups:
12+12+10+10+8 @ bw

Back feels bit achy and weird. I think I have to go doctor and hope that he'll sent me to MRI, if this won't get soon better.

Barbell shoulder press (fast):
3x20 @ 20 kg

Cable pushdown:
20 @ 30? kg
15 @ 40? kg

Swimming, water massage, steam bath 8)

Hip belt barbell squat:
15 @ 50 kg

1 (F on 2nd) + F @ 100 kg :evil:

First time after Friday that could train because of fucking migraine. I'll go to see doc tomorrow, having 4 times migraine in a week is bit too much. Considering damn fucking migraines and minor weight loss because of loosing appetite, training felt quite good.

Cable pulldown:
12 @ 60 kg (rear)
6 @ 80 kg (rear)
6 @ 90 kg (underhand)
3 @ 100 kg (underhand)
1 @ 110 kg (underhand)
1 @ 115 kg (underhand)
F @ 120 kg (underhand) getting close, but still have to wait for this

DB hammer curl:
3x10 @ 18 kg

10 underhand pull up @ bw

Fronthold:
8 sec with 20 kg :lol:
Just 1 min 17 seconds more and WR is mine :mrgreen:

Right shoulder was hurting even with the barbell only...

Cable pushdown (machine shows too much weight):
10 @ 60 kg
7 @ 70 kg
10 @ 60 kg

Some abs, supermans, stretching

I had hell of a flu :evil: Still have some cough, but otherwise feeling quite healthy, so easy training:

Bench press:
20 @ 20 kg
10 @ 60 kg
3x10 @ 80 kg

Fronthold (20 kg bar):
~15 sec
I feel myself quite hopeless with this. :lol:

Barbell shoulder press:
3x10 @ 40 kg

Cable pushdown (machine shows too much weight):
3x7 @ 70 kg

F underhand +35 kg (stopped close to eyebrows)
6 hammer +10 kg

DB bent over row:
3x10 @ 40 kg

Cable curl:
3x10 @ 40 kg (I think weight it's lighter than it shows)

some abs, supermans and stretching

Still some cough.

I was planning to go heavier, but I was alone, so not interested to max:

Bench press:
20 @ 20 kg
5 @ 60 kg
5 @ 80 kg
5 @ 95 kg
5 @ 90 kg
8 @ 80 kg

DB front raise:
2x15 @ 8 kg :oops:

DB lateral raise:
2x10 @ 8 kg

Erhh.. Maybe there's need for train more raise-exercises... :wink:

Flu made comeback after last gym-session. :evil:

1,5 futsal training today.

Was quite easy, but felt hard. I had some temperature still on Friday and probably not fully recovered from that fucking flu. I went to a doctor on Tuesday. Regarding to blood test (CRP wasn't high --> no bacteria) and symptoms (red eyes, sore throat etc), she said it could be some adenovirus, it's common, but may take some time...

Hotel's gym. We had work-meeting and I wen't to gym before sauna. No barbell at all etc.

Seated chest press:
10 @ 60 kg
10 @ 70 kg
10 @ 80 kg
8 @ 90 kg
5 @ 100 kg
3 @ 110 kg
2 @ 120 kg
1 @ 130 kg
I think the weight markings we're bit optimistic. Movement was quite short too.

Cable pulldown:
8 @ 70 kg (rear)
10 @ 80 kg (underhand)
4x4 @ 100 kg (underhand)

KB one hand C&P:
2x15 @ 16 kg
