KB one arm shoulder press:
2x10 @ ~17kg
KB clean & press (every rep from floor):
3x15 @ ~17kg
1+3 @ ~27kg
Cable pushdown (machine shows too much weight):
3x10 @ 60 kg
DB bent over row:
4x6 @ 45 kg (grip problems with last sets, especially with left hand)
DB hammer curl:
3x10 @ 18 kg
After training I wondered why my legs are so sore. When calculating those reps with both hands it makes 98 reps for legs. Not much weight, but still quite good effort when trying to do reps fast.
