Back got bit tricky after futsal, stiff and some twinges on beginning of this week. For precaution I wanted just look how it goes and wait until it's ok before training. It took only couple of days, so probably it wasn't nothing serious at this time.

Today:

Bench press:
20 @ 20 kg
10 @ 60 kg
12 @ 80 kg
9 @ 90 kg :lol:
10 @ 80 kg

DB shoulder press:
3x12 @ 17.5 kg

13 pull up

Cable underhand pull down:
10 @ 70 kg (rear)
8 @ 90 kg (underhand)
4 @ 100 kg (underhand)

Seated leg extension in shitty pneumatic apparatus:
2x15 @ ?

Few minutes sand bag session.

Seated leg curl in shitty pneumatic apparatus:
2x15 @ ?

DB hammer curl:
2x15 @ 15 kg

Quite a mix... :shock:

Cycling: 27 min, 10.6 km. Testing new tires, chains etc. 6 speed freewheel that I bought from workmate didn't work perfectly, it didn't "grab on" always. Maybe it will be sensitized when using more or then not...

Train + cycling to work: 3 km.

Cycling home: 27 km, 1h 15min... I could declare myself "The Worst Cyclist on VF". Sucked heavily. Fucking cold headwind, freewheel was sliding several times in uphills... Blaah, blaah.. And my fit is fucking poor, legs are fine, lungs not. I tried to take asthma-inhaler, didn't work. Maybe this gets better when air is warmer and without that fucking birch pollen. Grrr.

But bike felt otherwise ok, tires are good and feels like it's rolling quite well. And back was ok with cycling.

Cycling home: 26.9 km, 1h 5min. Even the Worst Cyclist can develop. :wink:

Cycling home: 25.8 km, 58min 44sec. Avg HR: 171 bpm :wink:

Dips
8 (felt bit bad on shoulders, apparatus is quite shaky)

Calf raise:

Train + cycling to work: 6.95 km, 19min 17sec.

Cycling home: 26.8 km, 58min 35sec. Avg HR: 174 bpm PB
This gives avg.speed 27.4 km/h. I'm quite happy with this because there are several traffic-lights etc. in beginning and end part of this route. In the middle 10 km section it was easy to keep avg speed over 30 km/h. Of course slight tailwind helped a lot.

DB bent over row:
4x5 @ 50 kg (lasts were quite shitty, grip failed)

Cable underhand pull down:
4x3 @ 100 kg

Some sort of stomach bug. Daughter has fever and sore belly, I just had diarrhea afternoon and feeling bit lazy.

Bad luck training. After last rep of 95 kg (was very heavy, had to really work to push it up) I noticed that there's something wrong with my sight. At first I thought that blood pressure just swings and continued training. Blurred spot appeared on left eye's vision. I waited one hour, same situation so I called emergency clinic, they said that I should come there immediately. Good news is that most likely it's not stroke/cerebral hemorrhage, because I have only this vision problem on one eye, otherwise not more fuzzy than usually etc. Probably some blood vessel has blown near retina. Now I'm waiting call from eye clinic for getting there in next couple of days. I'm feeling fine, but training is forbidden until this case is solved. :x Fuck that. Spot isn't huge and it's not totally blind, I can see colors, but not profiles in that area of sight. Reading is bit difficult with both eyes. :roll: Looks like my warranty time is really expired... ARRGGH!
