On Friday I shoveled mould in garden to get proper lawn. My opinion is that couple of hours shoveling can be considered as exercise

Saturday evening: two hour football training. I took two beta-blockers in the morning, it was too much, pulse didn't raise over 165 even if running hard. It's still better than "normal" over 200. Otherwise it was nice to play.

Cable rear pulldown:
4x6 @ 60 kg
Dumbbell bent-over row:
8+8+12 @ 30 kg
Cable curl: (this machine shows too much weight)
3x6 @ 50 kg (last rep's were crap)
6 @ 45 kg
Cable underhand pulldown:
1 @ 100 kg
2 @ 95 kg
3 @ 90 kg
1 @ 95 kg
