You're right, I reckon that there might be even more factors in belt squat that are affecting to lift than in rear squat. Belt can slide in different position during lift, rear/front balance especially with bar etc. So these kg's are not exactly equivalent between different trains/lifters/set ups... If I tried without bar with plates and stands I think my PB's would be much lower.

Today:
10 hammer pull up @ bw

Cable pulldown:
10 @ 70 kg (rear)
6 @ 80 kg (rear)
2 @ 100 kg (underhand)
F @ 120 kg (underhand) close, but still F...
4 @ 100 kg (underhand)
2 @ 110 kg (underhand)

Yesterday:
1.5 h futsal. Heavy as usually

I must have some break in pull/chin up training and pulldowns etc. Right shoulder was more painful again after Friday's training. Right now it's better again, could be just some stress injury that needs rest. Bench press didn't cause any pain, so that can be done.

Bullshit bench press:
20 @ 20 kg
12 @ 60 kg
8 @ 80 kg
4 @ 90 kg
2 @ 95 kg
1 @ 100 kg (barely)
Hurted almost everywhere, wrists, right elbow, left arm. Don't know why, should have had enough time for recovery.

Today it wasn't so cold, just about -13 deg. C so I tested my new bike. I bought it on last week, I installed snow tires with spikes. Heavy: 6.75 km, avg. 15.6 km/h. Only toes were bit cold after ride, otherwise I was sweating like in sauna. Excuses for bad condition: Hard to breathe cold air, lubricants are more viscous, tires are sinking to snow...

Hip belt bar squat:
15 @ 50 kg
4x10 @ 70 kg
2x8 @ 80 kg

some abs crunches, supermans and stretchings

Easy, but hurts all over. Knees, left hip and back has been achy so no max today. I don't know what's wrong, am I getting flu or something, almost every joint aches/twinges. On the other hand, otherwise I'm feeling ok. :x

Sunday:
1.5 h futsal, hard, good training

Today:
Bench press:
20 @ 20 kg
10 @ 60 kg
10 @ 80 kg
5 @ 90 kg
2 @ 95 kg
5 @ 80 kg (close grip)
10 @ 70 kg (close grip)
12 @ 60 kg (close grip)

I was alone, but couldn't press much better even if had observer. Shoulder is quite fine after small break. Maybe I should try something (different) routine for a while. Workmate has been satisfied with microcycle -type training, have to study that.

10 @ 80 kg

Today:

Morning:
Cycling-train-cycling combo from home to workplace, temperature was -22 C. Total cycling distance was only about 5 km, but it felt much harder because of snowy roads and stiffen chains & bearings.

After work:
Slip bag / speed ball for warm up

Pull/chin up:
12 hammer @ bw
12 underhand @ bw
12 overhand @ bw

Dip:
3x10 @ bw

DB hammer curl:
3x8 @ 18 kg

Same travel method to home as it was on morning, temp. was about -12 C and it was easier to cycle.

Morning:
Short but heavy cycling to work. All streets weren't plowed. There was so much snow in some places that I couldn't cycle, rear wheel just slipped while front wheel got stuck in snow.

Evening:
Hip belt bar squat:
15 @ 50 kg
10 @ 80 kg
5 @ 100 kg
2 (F on 3rd) @ 105 kg PB :P
1 (F on 2nd) @ 107.5 kg PB

I have found my legs again and they are also following my commands.

Thank's! Considering my skinny legs I'm quite happy with this progress.

Sunday:
1.5 h futsal, felt quite clumsy, maybe not enough rest.

Today:
Bench press:
20 @ 20 kg
10 @ 60 kg
8 @ 80 kg
3+1 @ 100 kg
3 @ 90 kg

There has been so much snow shoveling on last couple of days that it can be count to training  .
