You're right, I reckon that there might be even more factors in belt squat that are affecting to lift than in rear squat. Belt can slide in different position during lift, rear/front balance especially with bar etc. So these kg's are not exactly equivalent between different trains/lifters/set ups... If I tried without bar with plates and stands I think my PB's would be much lower.

10 @ 70 kg (rear)
6 @ 80 kg (rear)
2 @ 100 kg (underhand)
F @ 120 kg (underhand) close, but still F...
4 @ 100 kg (underhand)
