Thank you!
Not very much training during Christmas-holidays. Just some push-ups, pull-ups and abs.
Today:
Bench press:
10 @ 60 kg
2 @ 90 kg
F @ 110 kg
2x1 @ 95 kg
6 @ 80 kg
15 @ 60 kg
That 110 kg wasn't very far, stopped in halfway. Maybe in January...
DB mil. press (standing):
3x7 @ 18 kg
Cable pushdown (machine shows too much weight):
3x7 @ 70 kg
Abs & supermans
Dip:
2x12 @ bw

Pull/chin ups (bw):
14 underhand
9 hammer
6 overhand
Hip belt bar squat:
10 @ 50 kg
4 @ 70 kg
F+F @ 97.5 kg
Small accident happened when trying that 97.5 kg. Left leg slipped when raising up, I have used notebook under left leg to compensate skewed hip. Squat turned to weighted spagat and my left toe hit against squat cage and left hip extended too much (which is quite easy with this shitty hip). Hopefully it looks like nothing didn't got broken. Hip isn't much more painful than usually. Maybe I should make better platform from rubber...

Visit to swimming hall's gym:
Bench press (close grip):
20 @ 20 kg
15 @ 60 kg
8 @ 70 kg
6 @ 80 kg
3 @ 90 kg
Few minutes sandbag session
Cable rear pulldown:
3x10 @ 70 kg
Some leg extension and curls (shitty pneumatic apparatus).
I'm happy with today's close grip bench press. Could have done even some more reps/weight, but there wasn't observer so I didn't like to take everything out.

Blaah.. I had flu again, took over week to recover.
Bench press:
20 @ 20 kg
12 @ 60 kg
7 @ 90 kg
3 @ 100 kg (last was shitty)
F @ 105 kg
8 @ 80 kg
15 @ 60 kg
Quite happy with that 90 and 100 kg, I didn't have any big expectations because of the flu.

4 @ 100 kg (underhand)
F @ 120 kg (underhand)
1 @ 110 kg (underhand)
4 @ 100 kg (underhand)
That 120 kg wasn't far away, stopped on eye/nose level...

I forgot to mention that I had arm wrestling challenge today during workmate's farewell party. One guy challenged me to wrestle, I barely won. There wasn't any other challengers so I declared myself to Master of Arm Wrestle in our workplace. Not a big achievement, have to admit

Today:
1 h boxing, just punching mitts and circuit training. Quite hard, muscles, especially shoulders were on fire.

Bench press:
20 @ 20 kg
12 @ 60 kg
8 @ 80 kg
6 @ 90 kg
3 @ 100 kg
1 @ 105 kg
F @ 100 kg
15 @ 60 kg
abs, supermans
DB shrug:
2x25 @ 18 kg
few minutes speedball

Hip belt bar squat:
10 @ 50 kg
8 @ 80 kg
2 @ 90 kg
1 (F on 2nd) @ 80 kg (lurch)
6 (F on 7th) @ 80 kg
I tried with shoes. Was bit difficult to stay in balance. Problem is that I should have some heel pad on left side for compensating worn hip joint. Otherwise my left hip is lower and back is skewed. I guess futsal-shoes are not optimal for this purpose...

[quote="muchluv"]Looking strong!
Heh, don't know about that, but thank's
Yesterday:Bench press:
20 @ 20 kg
10 @ 60 kg
8 @ 80 kg
6 @ 90 kg
10 @ 80 kg
15 @ 60 kg
I've had some pain in right shoulder for about two weeks, it wen't bit worse about week ago. So I avoid max benching for a while...
Hip belt bar squat:
15 @ 50 kg
10 @ 80 kg
5 (F on 6th) @ 90 kg
2 @ 95 kg
1 (F on 2nd) @ 100 kg PB
Don't know how I made it. I can't understand how my belt squatting results varies so much. Maybe there's some minor differences in set up, sometimes chains, belt etc. are in lower/higher position and depth differs bit. Few cm's can affect some kg's even if I don't notice the difference in depth? Other reason can be shoes, at this time I didn't wear those.
Calf raise:
2x25 @ bw
