Thanks! Yes, bar weight (~20 kg) is included. I don't use any stands with my set up, so 92,5kg is not that great when comparing to depth. When I'm down position and plates are touching ground my legs are about parallel to floor, that's not very deep squatting. :wink: But I'm happy with progress.

So don't be afraid, I guess you're still unquestionable King of the belt squat on this forum for a long long time :mrgreen:

Fucking flu lasted almost three weeks :evil:

Yesterday I planned to try easy training with weights.

Bench press:
20 @ 20 kg
10 @ 60 kg
2x8 @ 80 kg
4 @ 90 kg
10 @ 70 kg

DB mil.press:
3x10 @ 12 kg (fast)

Boxing:
About 45 min training: mitts punching, pair technique. Mainly passing (slipping etc).

So it wasn't as easy as originally planned 8)

6 @ 70 kg
F+F @ 80 kg :evil:
Fuck that!

I had some some muscle pain in legs during flu. Don't know could that explain this miserable squatting or not.. :roll:

Short session of sand bag, speed bag, sucked. Felt fucking tired.

1 h boxing:
Technique, sparring (3 rounds), circuit training.

Felt nice. In first round of sparring we used only one hand (switched middle of the round), second round was "normal" sparring, third was infighting. I'm quite satisfied considering the fact that I haven't sparred "full-contact" boxing for about 15 years and my back is still bit stiff and prevents good moving of middle body. I'm not much worse nowadays than in past (so maybe this is the bottom). :lol:

Very short sandbag session, hooks caused twinges to left shoulder.

DB mil.press:
12 @ 12 kg
10 @ 14 kg
10 @ 16 kg
6 @ 18 kg

No problems with shoulder during pressing.

10 @ 70 kg
7 @ 75 kg
5 @ 80 kg

Chest dip:
3x10 @ bw

Different kind of abs crunches, supermans etc.

For a long time, futsal-training:
2 hours playing, just short breaks between games for drinking and mixing teams. Nice set, I avoided sudden turns etc. because of back injury. Got good sweat! The most encouraging thing was that back was ok, no pain. So after almost a year of recovery looks like it's gonna heal! I still must be careful, I guess it won't last very much..
