Quite bad headache and overall felt shit. I just haven't sleep enough. I had to overwork Sat-Sun night. Takes some days to recover.

You're not the only one but you're the beast! :lol:

We took one old regular iron bar, shortened it and welded two holders for chains. Upper ends of chains are connected to belts front and rear sides. Because chains are not stretching, it's quite easy to adjust bar's height just under balls and it allows to go quite deep without any stands etc. I could take a photo when hitting gym next time, right now I'm suffering with quite tough flu... Forgot to take a photo from belt squat bar, maybe tomorrow.

Recovering from terrible flu. Had temperature almost for a week.

Today:
Bench press:
20 @ 20 kg
10 @ 70 kg
8 @ 80 kg
4 @ 90 kg
2x8 @ 80 kg

easy straight punches to sandbag and speedball

I felt myself bit weaker than usually, but otherwise quite fine.

Yeah, set up is working even it looks bit home made. One of my work/trainmate had few minute to spend for this project on one day and he made it as we planned earlier on this year. It's nice to have good metal work tools so sometimes we can also do these important works :lol:


Today:
Pull/chin ups:
10 underhand @ bw
3x6 underhand @ bw+ 10 kg
10 hammer @ bw

DB hammer curl
6 @ 18 kg
8+10 @ 16 kg

Supermans, abs, stretching

After gym 6.7 km walk with our new dog.

Sand bag session. I have done this quite easy since back broke, but now I tried to raise intensity. Went fine and punching felt quite good and were better than I expected. Endurance was quite shit, but that's not a big surprise.

Some of the reps were bit shitty and unbalanced, usually I started to lean forward. But anyway, better than last week and that's the most important thing at the moment.

Hmph.. Expected bit better with that 90 kg.

Today:

Hip belt squat:
10 @ 40 kg
10 @ 55 kg
8+10+10 @ 60 kg
10 @ 65 kg
6 (F on 7th) @ 70 kg

:lol: Yeah, this went well, happy with progress! Legs are starting to work. Actually I'm not sure how much that bar exactly weights, I assume it's 20 kg. Original bar was 20 kg, we took about 25 cm away but it's strengthened and chains & clamps are added so we estimated that weight didn't change much.
