nice training Haisuli. back is starting to feel better I assume. and good job on your Estonian speaking skills. I imagine Estonia isn't too far from you and a good place to vacation.

Thank's, your training is looking good too, hope that good mood will last! Yes, we've been in Estonia for many times, it's interesting country, somehow we like lot of it. Estonian language is quite close to Finnish. We can't understand each others, but there are some common words etc. So it's quite easy to learn, just a few day training of grammar and vocabulary and there's a good start for training it in practice.

Today:
Bench press:
20 @ 20 kg
10 @ 60 kg
8 @ 80 kg
1+1+F(almost) @ 100 kg
6 @ 80 kg
15 @ 60 kg

Expectations were bit higher.

Belt squat, for a long time:
2x15 @ 30 kg (yes, bar looked so cute with those 5 kg plates on it)

Not very much, but I took this very easy and carefully. Back is still quite fine, just bit achy when sitting for a while. Next few days will show did it like this exercise or not.

abs, supermans, stretching

Hah,hah, it looked really funny indeed

Recovery hasn't went 100% well, there have been backlashes and ruptures have been recured twice on this year. So there isn't any big goals for squat for the near future, happy that I can do those in this year. My best have been 2 reps with 75 kg with hip belt and regular rear squat 1 rep with 135 kg, so there is a long way to get even there. What comes to DL; I don't even dream about it yet, maybe never. DL PB has been 165 kg and might be that it will never be more with this back.

Bench press:
20 @ 20 kg
10 @ 60 kg
6+6+6+5 @ 90 kg
First sets felt very easy. I think that it's been a good idea to vary weights/reps/sets.

Cable Standing Decline Chest Press (machine shows too much weights):
2x10 @ 40 kg

Ok session. Yesterday I felt myself so sick (some stomach bug, almost vomit) and I didn't even planned to go gym today.

Pull/chin ups (bw):
12+12+10+8+8 (underhand)
8+8+6+6+6 (hammer)
5+5+3+3 (wide overhand)

= 100 reps in 45 min

Some of the lasts were shitty, but still quite happy with this session. Now if I just could rid off some fat from belly... Well, maybe that will be soon easier because we're having (rescue)dog and there'll be one reason less to not walk! :P

Carefully testing belt squatting again:
10 @ 40 kg
10 @ 50 kg
8 @ 60 kg (lasts were shit)

few minutes crosstrainer session
stretching

Belt squatting is now something between humorous-pathetic. But feels like back can handle it, hooray! Who knows if I could even take some run steps in next couple of years. Irony, one of the best sort of humour.

Close grip bench press:
20 @ 20 kg
10 @ 50 kg
5+5+6 @ 80 kg

Cable pushdown (machine shows too much weight):
8+8+10 @ 60 kg

some supermans, abs, stretching

Bench sucked, muscles were still sore after last session. Not enough recovery time I guess...
