Cable pushdown (machine shows too much weight):

Chest dip:
3x10 @ bw

Stomach is ok again, felt fine today.

Warm weather, near 20 deg.C.

Only one thing really sucks: allergy, nose is plugged and eyes are red and itchy.

3x6 narrow underhand
3 (F on 4)+3 wide overhand

Actually I managed to pull 19, but the last one was swinging quite much, 18 meets the standards well enough I guess.

Cycling to work:

Cold, 6 deg.C when leaving home.

Returning home:
27.1 km, 1:05 h, avs 25.0 km/h, avg HR 169 bpm
Weather was nice, half cloudy, temperature round 20 deg.C. Quite much traffic and I had to slow down many times because of that, also bad luck with traffic lights.

I have to pick up daughter from the day care on this week because of wife work shifts. So there isn't much time for training after work.

DB hammer curl:
3x10 @ 16 kg (some of the lasts were bit shitty with cheating)

Terrible cramp in calf after ~23 km when stopping because of traffic lights. Calf is still quite sore.

I have had some flu, on Monday there was some temperature. Still not feeling very well, so there was a good excuse again to make just short training set:

After flu there was nasty joint and muscle pain, but those ended on weekend. So, back training:

Bench press:

Underhand bw pull-ups:

= tot.82, took 30 minutes

I was in a hurry, so I made this kind of crazy exercise today. Some of the lasts reps in sets were shitty with swinging legs etc.
