On last Thursday I trained with Holter-device. I did cardio train (literally) by exercise bike, treadmill and rowing machine. I tried to raise pulse high, round 200 bpm to get ECG during hard strain.

Robocop can't lift weights. Electrodes, their wires and storing device disturbed deadlift and other lifts as well, so I did just one 10 @ 80 kg deadlift.

10 @ 40 kg
1 @ 85 kg (so close.. had to raise ass from bench to get it up --> FAIL, maybe next time)

8 @ 65 kg
