Today I trained sandbag only. Few minutes crosstrainer exercise for warm up. Bare hands punches, high power with gloves, kick techniques, combinations etc. About half an hour was enough for my current fit.

Today training:

Exercise bike, rowing

DL:
10 @ 85 kg
1 @ 135 kg (PB)
2 @ 120 kg
4 @ 110 kg
5 @ 105 kg

My left knee still hurts. It's been a little bit sore and clicking after 100 kg squats couple weeks ago. For some reason I can do DL quite fine, but squatting will cause more pain. I skip squats with "big"(in my case  ) weight for at least this week.

Squat jumps:
10 @ bw
10 + 10 @ 20kg (barbell)
Jumping doesn't hurt much.

Sit ups

Row machine warm up 2 minutes.

Pull-up:
9 + 9 + 8 @ bw

Cable seated row:
8 @ 70 kg
5 @ 80 kg
8 @ 70 kg
That's a smallest pyramid you can get!

Cable underhand pulldown:
5+5+5 @ 75 kg
1 @ 90 kg

Cable curl:
8+8+8 @ 40 kg (machine shows too much weight)

Yesterday I was training futsal for 2 hours. It was hard and fun

Looks like my knees aren't in perfect condition. After starting to do squats with bigger weights they have been more achy than before. I got my right knee hurt when just kicking ball, it felt like it was bended over. Just when I started to enjoy doing squats and deadlifts. Let's see are they getting better or worse...

Today:

Short sandbag warm up with bare hands.

Bench press:
20 @ 20 kg
10 @ 40 kg
1 @ 80 kg
3 @ 75 kg
5 @ 70 kg
6 @ 65 kg
7 @ 60 kg

Quite heavy routine, lasts sets were hard... Almost every set to max reps after those two warm up sets. But that 80 kg didn't feel so difficult to lift, maybe there's a chance to raise PB in the near future.

Barbell shoulder press :
3 @ 35 kg (Felt like hell after bench)
15 @ 20 kg
10 + 10 @ 25 kg

Cable pushdown:
10 @ 45 kg (this machine shows too much)
8 @ 50 kg
6 @ 55 kg
6 @ 50 kg

Today I felt myself more tired than usually. Still tried to train.

Exercise bike.

DL:
10 @ 85 kg
10 @ 100 kg
1 @ 125 kg
3 @ 115 kg
6 @ 100 kg (Target was 10..)

I felt so weak and tired after these that I went home. I had little bit temperature which caused lot of annoyance. Just hoping that this ain't going to be same kind of fucking bug that kept me sick from November to February. This doesn't feel normal common cold either, at least not yet. Just little temperature and tiredness, no snot etc.

Well, that was probably the trainings for this week...

Speed barbell shoulder press:
15+15 @ barbell (20kg)

On last Thursday I trained with Holter-device. I did cardio train (literally) by exercise bike, treadmill and rowing machine. I tried to raise pulse high, round 200 bpm to get ECG during hard strain.

Robocop can't lift weights. Electrodes, their wires and storing device disturbed deadlift and other lifts as well, so I did just one 10 @ 80 kg deadlift.

Today:

Sandbag

Bench press:
25 @ 20 kg
10 @ 40 kg
1 @ 85 kg (so close.. had to raise ass from bench to get it up --> FAIL, maybe next time)
7 @ 70 kg
8 @ 65 kg
11 @ 60 kg

Today:

Squat:
20 @ 20 kg
10 @ 65 kg
8 @ 85 kg
1 @ 100 kg
5 @ 90 kg
6 @ 85

My knees felt ok, hurrah! I was alone so I didn't like to try near max reps.

DL:
10 @ 85 kg
6 @ 105 kg
3 @ 125 kg 8)
10 @ 105 kg

I liked this, especially after squats.

5 x 5 @ 60 kg

Today:

Sandbag.

Bench press:
20 @ 20 kg
10 @ 40 kg
1 @ 85 kg (struggling, swinging, but better than last time)
7 @ 70 kg
8 @ 65 kg
8 @ 60 kg

Well, maybe I can do that 85 kg next time with better form.

Military press:
10 @ 20kg
3x6 @ 30 kg

I'm newbie with this exercise. And it shows.

Cable pushdown:
3x8 @ 55 kg (machine shows too much weight)

Cable standing fly:
2x15 @ 25 kg (machine shows too much weight)

Phone rang during cable pushdown and I got alarmed to work. (Reserve service duty shift on this week) I just did quickly standing fly after that and went back to work.

I had a "nice" spring flu that started last weekend. Yesterday and today I felt much better, so I went gym. Looks like I'm even weaker than usually after this flu. :?

Sand bag

Bench press:
20 @ 20 kg
10 @ 40 kg
1 @ 85 kg FAIL, damn it
6 @ 70 kg
12 @ 60 kg

Chest dip:
3x8 @ bw

Dumbbell pullover:
2x15 @ 20 kg

Some abs

This was enough for today, I think I'll rest this weekend and give a new try on next week.
