20 @ 20 kg
10 @ 60 kg
10 @ 70 kg
3x4 @ 80 kg

Cable rear pulldown:
10 @ 60 kg
3x7 @ 70 kg

Cable underhand pulldown:
5 @ 90 kg
3x2 @ 100 kg
5 @ 90 kg

abs, supermans, stretching

Bench press:
20 @ 20 kg
10 @ 60 kg
3+3+3+3+4 @ 90 kg (Some of the lasts reps were bit shitty)
7 @ 80 kg
20 @ 60 kg

X-trainer 15 min

few minutes easy shadow boxing

abs, stretching

Observer came just when doing last set with 90 kg so I didn't like to try more reps than 3 before that. Quite happy with today bench press, felt tired, but still turned to decent session.

Swimming:
40 x 18.25m = 730 m, took about 20 min

I swam mainly breaststroke, also some front and back crawl. Left knee and hip got bit achy because of breaststroke I guess.

Squat hip belt came today! Had to test it in a hurry:
3x10 @ 50 kg

Felt heavy! It differs very much from regular back squatting, at least if looking weights. It feels almost twice as hard as "normal" squats.

X-trainer (few minutes)

Hip belt squat (with bar):
10 @ 50 kg
8 @ 55 kg
7 @ 60 kg
6 @ 65 kg
5 @ 70 kg
2 @ 75 kg

abs, supermans, some stretching

I'm getting more familiar with hip belt. Strap length allowed my thighs go about parallel to floor when down with these adjustments.

I used hip belt with extra weight.

DB hammer curl:

I have the sniffles, not bad, but anyway it's better to take it easy and not train more today.

Tomorrow there will be some hiking. We are going to drop snow from roof at parent's in law summer cottage. Distance isn't long from mainland (maybe 3 km), but it can be quite tough hiking session if there's a lot of snow on the ice. We'll see it tomorrow!

Saturday:
Hiking on the ice. We removed snow from the parent's in law summer cottage's roof. There wasn't much snow on the ice, but still it was quite heavy to walk because it wasn't hardened enough for standing our weight, so feet went through it on almost every step. It took about 45 min / direction.

Sunday:
Swimming with family. Not so sporty but fun! Daughter is learning to swim, now she is able to swim few meters before sinking.

Today:
Bench press:
20 @ 20 kg
10 @ 60 kg
5 @ 80 kg
4x1 @ 100 kg :wink:
4 @ 90 kg
10 @ 80 kg :wink:

Cable Standing Decline Chest Press (machine shows too much weights):
15 @ 30 kg
12 @ 35 kg

Feels that I'm having some progress with bench press, quite happy with that 100 kg, even that 2nd and 3rd reps were maybe bit shitty. And also that 10 reps with 80 kg in the end felt nice.

5 @ 18 kg (shitty, bit too much weight, especially after pull-up marathon)
