Cross-trainer, sand bag training (kickboxing style)
Pull-up:
8+8+8+6 @ bw
Dumbbell bent-over row:
4 x 6 @ 30 kg
Barbell curl:
5 + 4 @ 33 kg (last set's lasts were crap)
8 @ 28 kg
Cable front pulldown:
4 @ 65 kg
2 x 5 @ 60 kg
Quite satisfied with this session. I have rested two days becouse of increased arrhytmias at nights and tiredness (don't know which causes which). Today I felt enough fine for training.
Tomorrow I skip futsal training, toe is getting better, but I still don't wan't to risk healing. Next week there would be two games, I try to play then.
