Bench press:
20 @ 20 kg
10 @ 60 kg
4x8 @ 80 kg
10 @ 60 kg

10 dip @ bw
abs
10 dip @ bw (lasts were shitty)
supermans

swimming (mostly playing/fooling with daughter)

Not that bad session, breaks between sets were quite short because daughter&wife were waiting in a pool.

Hip belt squat:
10 @ 50 kg
7+7+7+10 @ 70 kg :P

Yes! Lasts were bit crap & shaky, but still happy with this progress!


Boxing:
Couple rounds mitts punching, no time for more because I had to pick up daughter from day care

Felt good, punches were ok too. We have had fitness boxing session once a week in our workplace since spring. This was the first time I joined because of back injury. Probably there will be possibility also to spar for those who are interested.

Ring pull-ups:
5x10 @ bw

I pulled during work and breaks between sets were sometimes up to about 10 min, so this 5x10 wasn't such a great achievement.

Heh, thanks Hal! Have to use imagination to find out different kind of exercises that can be done considering the injuries.

Bench press:

4 @ 90 kg
2+1+F @ 100 kg (last one was close, could have raised by myself, but observer was maybe too fast)
10 @ 60 kg (close grip)

Yesterday:
Boxing:
1 h set included mitts punching, circuit training (I joined only partially) and technique with pair. After that easy sparring excluding head punches because I don't have mouth guard right now. I think I have thrown away my very old ones, same thing with gloves, maybe should buy new ones. Lower back where ruptures occured is quite fine, but there's some pain in upper parts of back. Nothing serious I guess.


Today:
Pull/chin ups:
3x10 underhand @ bw
3x8 hammer @ bw

DB hammer curl:
3x7 @ 16 kg

8 @ 70 kg
4 (F on 5th) @ 80 kg
1 (F on 2nd) @ 85 kg

Had a hurry week, not enough rest etc. Felt quite low with energy so quite satisfied with this.

Shitty training:

Yesterday I was in a hurry to pick up daughter from day nursery, just a couple rounds punching mitts.

Today I managed to do 2x10 ring pull ups before total blackout on our plant. If I don't have hurry enough, "Great Fumble-team" :evil: will take care of that. Had to go back work.
