1 h boxing:
Technique, sparring (3 rounds), circuit training.
Felt nice. In first round of sparring we used only one hand (switched middle of the round), second round was "normal" sparring, third was infighting. I'm quite satisfied considering the fact that I haven't sparred "full-contact" boxing for about 15 years and my back is still bit stiff and prevents good moving of middle body. I'm not much worse nowadays than in past (so maybe this is the bottom).
