Looking strong! On the cleans you should get the bar closer to the body, at the moment it is about 10cm off the thighs which is about 10cm to much. I think you should get the hips lower in the start and have a stronger arch in the back.
In the jerk you should keep your weight on the whole foot during the drive and be sure to keep the upper body upright, in the video it falls forward a bit. Front foot should be more in front. Looks good for a first attempt though I have to say
