*fingers crossed* for you - hope you've got some treatment booked for after the big day too :D

Thanks Konstantin and Purple Mog.
Yes I am doing lots of stretching. I had some physical therapy on Monday too as my physio was away. I'm getting some pain in my right hip all the time now which is worrying. The PT said to expect some pain yesterday. It is a little better today but I certainly don't feel on top of things.
Watched Spirit of the Marathon last night and nearly cried. Really hope I'm ok on the day. I'll walk the end if I have to. Positive thoughts.

I watched that a couple of weeks ago...also felt very emotional and inspired at the end. I''m sending lots and lots of positive thoughts your way. Running/walking/crawling...you'll get there. Good luck travelgal!!!

Cheers veganlisa :D

Wow where did that week go? Spent most of it sitting at my desk typing...ugh.
Monday 12th Oct
Physical Therapy and rest.

Tues 13th
4M

Wed 14th
5M

Thurs 15th
4M scheduled but literally didn't move from my desk as I was on a roll so kept working.

Friday 16th
Rest

Saturday 17th

7M - difficult run today. Felt wheezy for the first 4 miles, low energy, walked quite a bit, just didn't feel comfortable. Anyway, got it done.

Sunday 18th
5M - lovely evening run in the rain.

21M this week. One week to go. Feeling more positive this week, less nervous. Actually starting to get excited :D

I remember that excitement!

Carbo load from Wednesday and don't do any hard work now.
