Haven't done much training latley so I decided to do a lot of pullups this morning. I did 10x5 and it wasn't so hard even in the last sets. I have underestimated my pullups a bit I guess.

45 failed the last OH squat and stoped doing the squats

My wrist feels inflamated and the foot joint is bad again so I felt a bit handicaped.

3x5@24 I haven't done this heavy before, and I also managed to strict press the KB and I don't think I've done that before.

Some rhomboideus stuff and back/side extensions.

3x6 rubber band pulls
5x10 push ups on the knuckles 3-5 sec excentric
leg raises, back extensions and biceps curlz

Wrist and foot felt better after a while.
