At least you had your after training soda to comfort yourself with afterwards. Maybe the pizza people are keen on creating some kind of vegan lifter's lunch alternative? They seem very into adopting to the vegan clientele.

mum sounds super cool owning a kettlebell. A 12kg no less, even more impressive.

In theory, yes. But it was a gift from me and she hardly ever use it. One day though...

Was at the second session with a PT at my gym. We mostly did snatches biut also some clean and jerks. He divided the snatch into four parts, the lift, the jump, the throw and the press. I sucked at the throw but managed to get a decent jump and suprisingly my press was also good. I did some singles on 50 in the full snatch, and I haven't done it before so I was very happy about it. Hopefully I can get a PB out of it soon. I probably did like 15-20 sets of 1-4 at 40 and 50kg so I was really sore when I started with the cleans. The first part also sucked and I couldn't really pull/jump at the right time. The jerk was quite crappy to but I can blame fatigue for that.

Interesting anyway.

Must be a translation thing, cos should be no press on the snatch, probably you mean the OH squat stage. Actually I dont know what you would call it.
1st pull, 2nd pull, Catch, Recovery probably how I would call them.
