one hour boxing. fore arms sore and my legs are stiff from yesterdays squatting. At least I don't have to swing today...

10,7k run 57 min. Very nice weather today.

Have done 100 swings today so far also, 4x25 with several minutes rest so no problems.

Haven't done snatch in a long time so technique wasn't optimal.

Split jerk from behind neck
I read an article about improving the jerk and they recommended doing the from back instead. It was difficult but felt ok.
