Had time for a quick workout yesterday before I had to go to a slayer concert:
Bench
80 kg: 3x3
Chins:
0 kg: 3x3

And also my neck got a good, high-rep workout at the Slayer concert

Wen't for a 8.6 km run in the Prater yesterday. For whatever reason I thought I should keep a higher pace than usual and practise on pushing myself when it gets tough. I'm not sure if it got tough or I'm just a wuss, but after getting (whatever you english call the pain around the diapragm you sometimes get) after 5.6 km I got to practice my mental strength a bit :) I managed quite well I think, at least better than usual. :D

My english keeps improving :).

I tried to focus on the pain and clear my mind. May sound a bit mumbo-jumbo but it seemed to help :), a bit at least.

Had myself a lowebody day yesterday. It went omsething like this:

one-legged squats:
0 kg: 4x3
Sissy Squats:
0 kg: 2x7
GL-raises:
A : 4x3
Abs:
some leg raises and some sets of similar exercise that may or may not be called dragonflies?
Back extensions:
0 kg: 1x2, 5 kg : 3x8

Everything went pretty well, but I'm a bit anoyed that there seems to be a big strength difference between my left and right leg. Two weeks ago when i maxrepped the one-legged squats i managed 11 with right but only 5 with left :? . Not sure how bad this is, but i hope to even it out.

No, I never noticed the strength difference in nay way until i started doing one-legged squats. I mean, you would think that normal squatting would work the legs kind of equally, but maybe they don't. But this could also possibly be some sort of form problem with the one-legged squats, but I don't think so. I seem to remember J reporting a similar experience with the 1-legs also.

Went for my usual tuesday-night torturetainment yesterday:
uphill sprints in the Shonbrunn park.
20 min warmup jog then 10 uphill intervalls. The I spent like 10 min trying to breath normally again :D. After that I went home and discovered the joys of oatmeal with rapeseedoil - what a great meal :).

Upper body night tonight. Lost myself and didn't stick with my 3x3 plan, but things went Ok anyway. I'm quite satisfied with my benching, and also with doing military presses for the first time in 3 month. The militaries didn't go to well though.

Bench:
90 kg: 3x3, 95 kg: 2x2
Chins:
0 kg: 1x3, 5 kg: 3x3
Dumbbell row:
30 kg: 1x5, 35 kg: 2x5
Military press:
40 kg : 3x5
Biceps curl (I'm back into DISCO :D ):
30 kg:1x8, 35 kg: 3x5
Dips:
0 kg: 1x8, 2x5

Went for a run in the city yesterday. Not nearly as good as running in the nature but I'm starting to accept the fact that it is possible to run in the city. Ran for 50 min witha somewhat decent pace.
Also today I have a lovely pain in my chest from my benching wednesday. I think I should train harder in general, I like DOMS :D.

I used to love running in the city first thing in morning (before traffic) because it always seemed surreal.

Pain means you've hard - thats always a good thing!

But then you have to go up pretty damn early dont you ;) . If I ever wake up at 4 am or so and feel like running I'll try it :D.

Went for a run yesterday. Didn´t feel 100% but couldn´t stop myself fromg going running anyway. Actually I´m afraid I´m getting one of those semi-illnesses that never beaks out but never goes away either. I hate those things  .
Anyway I ran my usuall 8.6 km in the Prater. And to celebrate that I had gotten a battery for my watch I also took the time, 50 min. Haven´t rellay decided if I´m happy with that but I think I am.

I'd be happy with that! :D

Hopefully a holiday will sort your illness out

But I was looking forward to doing lots of training with old friends and my brother :( . Well, if I miss a week of training I certainly will survive anyway :D.
