Unfit mum is riotgrrling her way back.

Ok, here we go. 7 years ago I did military service as a social experiment. I was training hard, boxing, running and just carrying heavy for long like real boot camp is.
5 years ago I got pregnant, and seriously fat, not just the baby, but fat fat. I had to loose 35 kg after my baby was delivered. I now weigh 10 kgs more than when I was just muscle, but now I am very loose and wobbly which I hate. My ideal me is big, strong, hard and that is where I am heading.

I am just getting started. Right now I need to create good habits and build me up from nothing. I work out everyday at the playground while my kids play, using myself as tool, aiming to strengthen my abs, back and butt.
I jogged yesterday. And today I was at the beach gym for a while.

I am plagued with post-workout musclepain so I know I am pushing it.
I am kicking my candy-dependence, but I have like 2tbs of ice-cream every day with my berries.

I have been doing a more scheduled work on my body for a week and I feel the benefits already!?
I am glad I have a body that response to me treating it right.

For the past five days I have done my daily work-out routine 4 times.
I went jogging twice. It is a real pain, for the most part psychological feeling my ghettobooty jumping 2 ft every step. I can run ffor about 20 minutes, then I'm done for. I always bring my jogging-stroller, perhaps that adds some resistance, but I doubt that I can blame my beating heart on that alone.

A very, very good thing is that my "sit-ups"/swiss army knife-excercises for wobbly belly are going great! There is a real difference there that I can tell is due to newly awakened muscles.

Today I achieved my first goal. Jogging from my house, up to the wooen part of Miami Beach boardwalk, and back, it is 3,4 miles=4,8 km, for me that is a big step.
Once upon a time I ran 6,4 miles (10 km) in 52 minutes and felt good, not too beat.
I have ok shoes, but my back is telling me to get the best possible shoes, I am now thinking of a shoe with more stability that combines with cushioning. I am now running on Nike zoom, but they lack the stability I need.

I do my musclebuilding activities in the outdoor gym near my house. I want to start lifting heavier, with fewer reps, but that means I have to drag my mommytummy to the cool boys outdoor gym, near the gay club. Everyone is really, really ripped and beautiful over there, but the attitude seem good as well, so I'll give it a shot, I need to use the bars there to hang weights on...

I eat a lot. Often in the evenings I tend to really over eat. I know I need to distribute my eating better over the day, snack more. I know I have said my goal is not to loose weight, but I really, really don´t want to gain either. I don´t own a scale, I just go by how my clothes fit and how my ass look. Might have to rethink that as well.

I would say that your way of measuring weight is probably as accurate as a scale, if not more. Go to beautiful people gym! Thats where we all belong

Also nice job with the running, keep going and 10k in 50 minutes will soon be there.
Dum di dum!
