Ha! Didn't end up hitting the gym so hard last week. Did good Mon and Tues, but come Wednesday I drove to the gym and parked my car when the boyfriend called, the conversation went something like this:
BF: Hey, pick me up on your way to the gym.
Me: I'm already there! I just parked.
BF: Are you still in
BF: Well, just come back and get me.
So I go home, and he's not even ready. I start playing with the doggies and by the time he's almost ready its the doggies dinner time and they need let out! Feeding the dogs is a bit of a chore because one of them has to be hand-fed and she walks away after like two bites so you have to follow her around and coax her into eating. So by the time I was done, I just took the pups for a walk and called it a day! That is pretty much how the rest of the week went, but man, I was AT the gym and still didn't make it

Hip Add: 3 x 10 x 100 lbs
Good session, the last few reps on the last few sets of squats were kinda ugly, but I got them
