Bench: 10 x bar, 10 x 75 lbs, 10 x 95 lbs, 8 x 105 lbs, 3 x 115 lbs (failed), 4 x 115 lbs
Machine Dips: 10 x 135 lbs, 10 x 150 lbs, 8 x 150 lbs
Argh, failed on bench and I was going for "no fail" kinda workout, just hit a sticking point and that was it, not much warning . But, it was the first time in a long time someone came running to my "aid", although by the time they got there, I had already sat up and put the bar down . IMO this is one of the benefits of being a woman - not that someone comes running, but that my weights aren't so heavy they are dangerous! In my figuring its when I hit bodyweight weights I actually *need* a spotter. Wow I'm rambling today! Did machine dips because the regular dip area was co-opted by a guy doing super sets of dips and push-ups (in the dip machine space ). So now I've hit two days of going "every day" this week, lets see if I can keep the trend up!
