2 x 205 lbs - failed on 3rd rep
2 x 205 lbs - failed again
2 x 205 lbs - yup, failed
2 x 205 lbs - after 2, didn't attempt third!
Leg Curl: 3 x 10 x 50 lbs
Leg Ext: 3 x 10 x 60 lbs
Leg Press Calf: 15 x 75 lbs, 12 x 75 lbs, 12 x 75 lbs
Well darn it, I really wanted my three reps on all those, but it just wouldn't go after the first one! Granted I was tired after work, but I'm always tired after work for my squat days so its hardly an excuse. I'm definitely working close to my max. We'll see how 215 lbs goes next week - might be a 1RM sort of day! My 5x5 is peaking out, I'd LOVE to hit 100 kg again.
