I was in Munich from Friday till Tuesday. Had a crazy party time, lots of beer drinking and hangovers.. I did a couple sets of pushups while stuffing around in my hotel room.
Sunday: Pushups 4x25, 3x20 situps and a few on leg squats.

I have the sudden urge to do more pushups. Must be the aikido.

So tonight Im back into the saddle.

Wednesday
---------------------
Aikido 1½ hours knife work. Only 4 of us there so was fast hard class. Great.

Thursday Morning
--------------------------------
Gym was busy, I prefer having it to myself.
Stuffed up my back on my last squat. tweaked, twisted or busted something. Now my lower back is stiff. Not sore, just stiff, Im sitting at work when I get up it takes me a couple of minutes to get full mobility back.
So Ill be hitting it hard tonight with my tennis ball in a one on one soft tissue massage and lots of Deep Heat Freeze.

Time to deload on squats before I hurt myself. Next session maybe on Saturday morning or on Monday. See how back feels.

Squats: 5x50kg 5x5 75kg (Maybe I did not warm up enough)
Bench: 5x20kg 5x40kg 5x5 52.5kg
Row: 5x40kg 5x5 52.5kg
Dips: 8,8,8 <- new pb

try deadlifting for a while instead of squatting.
Next time, I'll spend the money on drugs instead.

My form on deadlifts is pretty shit, Ill deload by 10% and rest until monday. My back has eased off nicely today so by monday it should be 100%
It not sore just stiff, dont know how best to explain it.

Friday
=====
30 pushups this morning
This evening 6km run or there abouts, sore as hell on the legs.

Easy night, bed early not too much beer.

Saturday
-----------
Some guy was talking smack to me and this ended up on the floor in a pushup competition.

This rugby playing jock was soo smug, I matched his pace to start with, then when we got to 10 and he looked like he was starting to feel it I did I aclap push up, just a little bit of show boating, the sucker. He got to about 25 then collapsed. I just needed to share the experience.

you must resist the temptation of reverse disco pullups, you gotta do them the HTFU way, wide overhand!
