Squats: 10x30kg, 7x50kg, 5x5 72.5kg
Over Head Press: 10x20kg, 5x40kg 5,5,4,3,1 x47.5kg
Deadlift: 3 x 60kg 5x90kg
<- happy with form new pb
Chinups (the hard ones): 4,4,4 <- the last one may not have counted.
I have been starting to eye up the strength table 75kg + 55kg +90kg = 220kg
Once I max out on bench and deadlift Ill post.
