Long term goal is to do an ironman in about 5 years time. So every year Ill do a marathon and when I have the money and places to train Ill up the cycling and swimming until then I am going to work on my beach body base
I have entered the ballot for next years London marathon, which Ill aim for a sub 3:30 if I get in. I am still young at 26 for marathons so do not want to kill my knees, I can already feel them taking strain from this training.
Im my head this is the plan, but it will vary according to where I live and what happens in my life..
2009: London Marathon
2010: Comrades Marathon
2012: Robben Island swim
2013: Iron Man
