Thursday; russian masters squat; week 4; day 2
My day 1 and day 3 are flipper around, but probably wont matter. Need to get a sunday session in to do the 6x2 day.
Was expecting to train alone today, but luckily Roger and his son were also training, so had some people to shout at me.
Back Squat: 5xbar, 5x60kg, 3x90kg, 6x6 105kg // huge volume, probably some kind of rep PR for me. Might have done 5x5 at 110kg at some stage. Not really sure, but feels like strength is coming back and this is with no belt, high bar and oly shoes. Mental note "NEVER STOP BACK SQUATTING WITH SOLID VOLUME".
Ida Core routine. 1st and last 1 minute plank with 10kg plate on back.
Totally stuffed after session, lungs feel broken and starving. Good session.
Feeling very positive about training.
