I am going to hit the gym hard and try get my weight up to 85kg again, which it was about 6 months ago.
Also stocked up on Soya Protein shakes and creatine to help me out. Will be eating as much as possible, 6 meals a day.
Breakfast: oats, soya milk, flax/hemp seeds and dates
2nd Breakfast: PB jam Sandwich & any fruit I can get my hands on
Lunch: rice and lentils
2nd lunch: Hummus Sandwich & any fruit I can get my hands on
Supper: Stir Fry
Before Bed: oats, soya milk
Supplements:
- Post Workout Soya Protein Shake.
- Daily 5ml creatine.
- Zinc + Magnesium before bed after heavy training days.
Exercise:
Gym 3 times a week Monday, Wed, Fri at 7 in the morning after breakfast and before work.
Aikido twice a week Monday & Wed in the evening, I am very excited to get back into Aikido.
Probably run once or twice a week, nothing more than 40 minutes maximum.
- Foam Roller? looks like fun and cheap massage. So Ill give it a try.
