Sundays became my minimum. I've got to move it up a notch.
2 ml@5 mph, 24m, 6 min cooldown @ 3 mph 2.3 ml in 30m
1.5 ml @ 5 mph 2 min rest
1ml @ 4 mph elevation 5, 3 min cooldown
