The concentration curls don't make my elbow hurt like the preacher stand or even standing straight barbell.

My friend Robert Cheeke was in Cleveland tonight. He more than anyone inspired me to assosciate veganism and fitness, to journal on line and not to quit. I also keep a training log on the forum at his site veganbodybuilding.com

Welcome back to the gym :) , are you sore at all from the break? I know you've been busy with All Faiths Pantry and promoting your Reggea for Food fundraiser, how is all that going?

Thanks FF. It's going very well today. The run last night had something to do with that, I'm sure. I didn't over do it on the treadmill, so I'm hungry for more and aren't the least bit sore, though it'd been even longer since I ran. I'd mostly been lifting the last few months at the gym. AFP and its special events, like Reggae for Food, has been bearing down on me. But I feel like I've turned a corner and Goddess willing, my energy is returning. Thanks for your support. It helps more than you know. :D

Only making it to the gym on Sundays? Is that the plan? I know you are super busy all the time!
