Cheers dudes! Was just saying a few weeks ago I didn't think I'd ever nail more than 185 on the squat, but now I think that 190 is not far away, hopefully bag it after another small build up. Will work up to 2x175 I think, and when that's bagged, 190 will be nailed.

I think double bw squat is easier. Maybe. I'm close to 100kg now though, so 200 squat, or 100 strict seem impossible. Both would be fucking awesome though!

2x110

Fun in the sun with The Crew;

Log
6x40
5x60
2x70
6x75

Yoke
10mx140kg
10mx220kg
10mx330kg - PB. 2 drops, should have nailed it in one run. About 28secs.

Medley - 15m each 120kg sled push, 200kg yoke, 65kg farmers, 120kg sled drag. Nasty!! 63secs

Stones
Few 100 and 115 to 56", then 100 and 115 to 56" and 130 to 44" in 30 secs.

Feeling broken all weekend after heavy yoke. Spine was shattered and knees like over cooked cauliflowers. A bit 'fresher' today but still not 100%. Even so, training with Glasstini I feel like a spritely 16 year old! :D

Squats
6x60
3x100
8x120 - solid

Push press
6x50
2x70
6x80 - decent

Strict press
2x60
1x70
2x77.5 - hoping for 3 here, but didn't even try, as 2nd was ugly. Next time.

That'll do. Hopefully good as new by Wednesday.

Tini has become Beard 2, and is out of action :( Training solo with some encouragement from the two glass-backs.

Power Cleans
2x57.5
1x77.5
2x85 - PB, but sketchy. 2nd was close to failing. 3x82.5 next week, then a sexy 90kg single the week after!

Cambered bar squats
5x60
3x100
3x125
3x152.5 - tough, but not in doubt. Will go single at 170 next week.

Deadlifts
2x127.5
1x167.5
1x210 - EVIL. Nailed it, but nasty rep. Nothing more In The Bag on deads at the moment. Slower off the floor compared to a while back I guess.

Bench
8x60
Ballista on
3x100
2x120 - tasty.

Cheers J-Dawg, aye, I think squatting and most events as strong as they have ever been. Pressing and deadlifting down a bit like, but not too much I guess. Fighting The Decline!

Today with Dexy;

Log press
6x40
5x60
3x70
5x80
10x60

Farmers
12mx65kg
12mx105kg - 8.84secs
12mx105kg - 9secs

Medley - 12m each 200kg yoke, 130kg sled push, 200kg yoke, 130kg sled drag - 50.06secs - blowing!

Stones
100 and 115kg to 56"
130 to 44"
130 to 56" - PB for this height I think, but not 100% sure. Was a good Battle!

Today with Houmous, Beard, and Mrs Buzz;

Power Cleans
2x57.5
1x67.5
1x80 - was considering 90 before this, but 80 felt fucking MAX so stuck to The Plan
3x82.5 - fucking horrible reps, legs start to do weird shit, but PB triple.

Cambered bar squats
6x60
5x100
3x135
1x170 - PB by 10kg. Nothing left in the tank though, was a battle! Heaviest I've been on a squat for, hmm, don't know, 18 months or so? Chuffed to bag it. I guess should switch over to Safety Bar squats as the secondary squat now. Yes, I think it shall be so.

18" Deadlifts
3x80
2x120
1x160
1x190
1x210
fx230 - fuck off! These seem always hit or miss. I guess could have ground it out, but find it hard to get fired up for them, and give up after about half a second of the bar not moving.

Bench
8x60
3x80 (1st paused)
3x95 (1st paused)
1x102.5 paused
1x110 - not paused, and nasty! :)
1x125 w/ballista on

4board bench
3x95
3x105

No events this week, rest til Monday most likely.

Got a bit of man flu since coming back from The Beach, not 100% today, but still went ok pretty much.

Power cleans
3x47.5
2x57.5
1x67.5
1x77.5
3x85 - Garage set. Get ugly at this weight, anything above about 70/75kg probably. Wanted to bag 90, but it can wait, will drop back and nail tech better.

SSB Squats
5x65
5x85
5x105
5x125 - decent enough

18" Deadlifts
Various bullshit. Need a new deadlift Plan. Maybe - don't do them.

Bench
8x60
3x80
3x100

2x75 - one motions

Farmers
12mx55kg
12mx95kg
12mx100kg - 6.85secs
12mx100kg - 6.88secs

Medley - 10m 200kg yoke, 10m 160kg sled push, 10m 200kg yoke, 10m 160kg sled drag - 55secs - WHITEY TIME!

1x115
few f's x 140

Squats
5x60
3x100
2x130
4x155 - PB, if a set of 4 can be a PB. Plan, probably go to 2x172.5 next week.

Push press
5x60 - felt heavy, fuck!
3x75
1x85
2x95 - heaviest I've been for ages, months, maybe a year? Felt good. Should have bagged 3.

Strict press
3x60
1x75
2x82.5 - PB, tough.

Solid session, best for a while.
