Went from Martini, to Houmoustini, to just Tini, all credible names I think :)

Today, with Tini :), Friday, Youngi, Beardi, And Daimi;

Woody Log
5x50
5x60
3x70
2x80
fx85
6x70 (I think) FTO

Farmers
25mx55kg
10mx105kg - slipped out left hand!
12mx105kg - better
fx125kg - back fried, couldn't pick them up!
12mx105kg

Medley - 12m each 200kg yoke, 55kg dog sled push, 120kg duck walk, 55kg dog sled drag - 48secs - not too bad. 4th out of the 6 of us.

Stones
80, 100, 120 - 16secs
80, 100, 120 - 14secs
80, 100, 120, 130 - 41secs. Chuffed to nail the 130 at the end of the run. Brutal slow rep though. Home to lie on the couch and cry into the pillow now. Tough training week. Max rest, then some tasty 4x145 squats on Monday.

3x75
3+1x85

Strict press
3x50
2x60
1x70
3x75 - felt strong.
1x82.5 - not so strong, but ground it out!

Another good 'un with Tini;

Cambered bar squats
6x60
3x100
3x125
3x145 - solid. Single at 160 next week.

2.5" deficit deadlifts
3x70
3x110
2x150
2x180 - tough. But first time ever doing them! (I think)

Log bench w/zeus ballista
8x40
8x60
5x80
5+10x90 - decent. Maybe a keeper, but shoulder is fucked at the moment, so just need to see what it plays ball with.

Limited by laziness? :) That's how we always train pretty much. Often limited by the fact it's pissing rain outside, and only have 12m run inside.

Today with Mousetraptini and Beardo;

Squat
6x60
3x100
1x130
3x155

Push press
3x60
5x70
3x80
1+2x90 - fucking easy, should have done more! :)

Strict press
2x60
1x70
2x80 - PB for 2. Tough enough.

is it sweeter to strict press bodyweight or double bodyweight squat?
Solid training lately.
