[quote="buzz"] Will go 3x77.5 next week, then 3x80. Then bag a crazy PB!! (probably 87.5 :))

Time to bag the PB?
Squats nearly looking deep enough, about another 3 inches.

Cheers man, but no chance of a PB, I think ever in my whole life! 185 is my PB, 190 would squash me like a grape.

No man, tons of shit off the program since I 'saved' the 130 frontie and cabbaged the tendons in my right arm/hand/wrist! :) Power cleans, along with loads of other stuff are out for a while. Should have bagged it at the time!

Friday, events fun with Stephan the Destroyer, Houmoustini, Mrs Buzz, Beard, and Damie.

Log press
6x40
5x60
3x70
2x80
1x90

Yoke
20mx120kg
12mx200kg - 3 runs, 5.9secs, then 6.1secs, then 5.4secs

Farmers
25mx55kg
40mx75kg - 29secs

Dog sled - 3 runs of 25m with 50kg loaded. Nearly whiteying as usual!

Stones
2x80
Then a stone off with Tini and Damie with the 120, basically loading it over the forks then the next person goes straight in. Tini made it to about 14 I think, we went onto 16 or so, and called it a draw, was sweating, but good graft!

For sure training man, Monday is BIG training day! Squats, push press, and strict press.

You're right about the neoprene, I thought about it, but decided I will just steal a couple of bits and pieces from you (me) and put them in a special box so I can use them whenever I come over. But also thought I can probably borrow your belt, we are roughly the same size I think... :)

It won't smell like nice falafels now!

Awesome trip! Was back in HQ with Beard on a day off today. Was fucking mental. Phone goes like every five minutes, was ready to kill someone by lunchtime, and wanted to be back in The Chair in HQ.de :) No time for training. Hopefully tomorrow.
