Time to dust off the log again (though think I've just got weaker since last time I posted :))

Closed down the magical Unit due to various reasons, but mainly coz of needing more space for Strength Shop, and better access etc, and also the gym being a total ballache and losing money constantly, and the rent going up, and the landlords being dicks! :) Having trained there for nearly 4 years, was a bit sad to close it, but fuck it, I don't get attached to those sort of things anyway, always nice to have a change.

Got a new warehouse out west near where I live now, and got some event stuff there (sold off about half of it, and left a few things in the unit too), so been training events at weekends which has been tasty, and also doing one day through the week usually. Few new folk training and a nice place to train (no running water, big holes in the roof, asbestos, etc, though no mice :( ) But not running it like 'a gym' like the unit, just showing love and letting fuckers train there for free. Also set up squat stands and a bench in the shed at home, so been training there once a week generally.

Weight down to about 94kg, probably partly why everything feels heavy just now, but diet is solid as ever. Today I had;

Breakfast - 4 slices white bread and marg
Lunch - chips from the chippy
Snack - tortilla chips with salsa and jalapenos, and 3 custard doughnuts
Tea - rice with mushrooms and onion, and home made chaphati

:)

Training PLAN as of this week - Four training days;

Day 1 - Squats, Deadlifts (or 18" deads), hyperextensions, fat mans on rings
Day 2 - Incline log, yoke, circus DB
Day 3 - Squats, sled pulls, KB shit
Day 4 - Axle press, farmers, stones

Some gunz maybe too!

Peace!

I thought that Buzz guy had died in an industrial accident, crushed by 4 billion tons of iron and rubber, and had been replaced by a Chinese robot version. I guess not, although I suspect news of some sort of forklift accident is imminent. It's not a go-kart you know. :D

New Unit sounds great, need to check out your warehouse one day just to get impressed what kind of king pin of strength world you have become - unlike the guys at santa land whose Plan didnt quite go as well.

Welcome back buddy!

ps. what day will you do curls?

Like a Chinese robot, but much bigger muscles, and ripped to shredddsss!!! Forklift is awesome. Sitting on my arse taking in a 15 tonne delivery is much easier (and cheaper!) than handballing it along with 5 or 6 other guys at £10/hr!

Cheers fellow skinny boy! Santa guys also saw a gap in the market, and filled it, but Plans don't always go to Plan. They will always be legends though!

Curlz every day!! Actually, I think one day is enough. Gunz are small muscles. Triceps are 2/3 of the upper arm. I thought about doing more tricep isolation, but I'll hit them with incline log, and also with overhead. Maybe 2 event days a week won't work, but want to give it a shot for a while (then abort the plan after 3 days and go back to doing curls).

Don't know what today was, an amalgamation of event day 2 and gym day 3 or something like that. Warm and sunny for the first time in ages, lifting in t-shirt and treated myself to a pair of Metal shorts coz I forgot my gym bag! Also new elbow sleeves, knee sleeves, and wrist wraps :) The mere thought of lifting 'raw' scared me like fuck! :) And new nose tork!

Incline log
w/up w/30
8x60
6x70
3x5x80

Deadlifts
3x70
2x110
2x150
1x180
2x200 - solid. Still lifting in hiking boots, so with boots off and some talc on my thighs, 240 should be there... :) 2x210 next week I think. No back off sets today, lower back is fatigued to fuck. Crazy busy at work, and lots of shifting about heavy packages takes its toll on an old man!

Fat mans on rings (3x8) supersetted with hyperextensions (3x12)

Then out the front of the unit to catch a few sneaky rays

I can now!! :) Felt fucking slow though!

It's a bad habit, that positioning as soon as it comes over the knees. Inclination was to hitch the 2nd, but just took it slow and steady.

Double at 210 next week, then 250 single! Boooom!! :D

More like a double at 210 then a 220 single.

I don't do doubles. Keeps the predictions simple.
